I recently had my roof replaced by Cole Roofing. I liked Greg Coles approach. I never felt he tried to sell me something I didnt need. He also was responsive and helpful with my questions. I asked him if he had references, and he gave me a list of properties they had worked on in the past 2-3 years. It was helpful for me to drive by some of them, not only to get an impression of the quality of the workmanship, but also to see the color choices on real roofs. I am happy I went with Cole. They did a fine job. I like how my roof looks. Scheduling was handled with enough notice to be prepared. On the scheduled day the materials got delivered, and shortly after the workers started to arrive. They tore down the old shingles, replaced some wood, applied new felt and shingles, reinstalled flashing, sealed, cleaned in a timely manner. I enjoyed watching them. They seemed like a well coordinated crew where everyone knew what their task was. They worked efficiently and cleaned up really well. The most I have found since then were maybe 5 nails, some small wood chips, and only a few of the tiniest pieces of old shingle in the grass. Note: if you know problem areas in your roof, make sure to point them out to the foreman. He will eagerly listen. They found some spots in the wood that I was not aware of, but I could also point out some spots that were visible from inside the attic but not when standing on the roof. I would go with Cole again and would recommend them to a friend. The owner, Greg Cole, is a pleasure to deal with, and I felt he has a sense of pride in delivering quality work.

As a home handyman I did not want to tackle reroofing our house on own so I checked the Parkwood Community website for a roofer. I had specific ideas on what I wanted and the approximate cost. Greg showed the best understanding of what I was looking for and offered suggestions. His price quote and timeline were in line with our needs. Greg kept me informed and was readily available for questions, excellent communications. The day came, the crew arrived and work began. Care was taken to cover plantings and minimize the removal mess. An additional layer of OSB was being added along with removal of some vents, instead of just covering up the old vent holes the old plywood sheet was removed and replaced - done right. A shed roof was added at the last minute with no problem. Greg made sure that the warranty information was completed and that all the work met shingle supplier specs so there will be no future issues. On time, on budget, professional, communicative and considerate. We are very happy with the Cole Roofing experience, highly recommended.

Just had Cole Roofing do another roof for me. I own 20 rentals and flip houses as well. After much trial and error in the years, Cole Roofing is now my roofing provider. They have done the last 8 roofs for me. Every roof put on has been done with exceptional quality. Some have been on for many years and weathered many serious storms. Not one issue with any of them. On price, they have consistently been the cheapest quote when I shopped several contractors. On time, they have always gotten to my roof quickly, normally within a week or 2 at the very most. Then they are complete within 1-2 days and everything is left completely clean. The owner has always come out before every job, been there during the job and inspected each one after. They get my highest recommendation.

Be warned. This company replaced our skylight which we were really happy with. But do you notice the light gray tile against our black roof (see photos)? How does that look? "You signed the contract". The contract stated that they would use their own tiles - which was fine with us. But we also expected more from a professional, well-rated local business. Is it too much to ask that you do a better job matching the colors? Were you out of black tiles? Or even dark gray? Should we be grateful that they werent white? Terrible customer service and no regard for our home.

I am disappointed that I cannot give Greg Cole of Cole Roofing a good review. Communications with him were very inconsistent. When we initially got to the point of scheduling the work things were OK. When I asked for an insurance certificate things ground to a halt and after getting 2 excuses all communication from Greg stopped. He did not return my phone calls or email. Finally I had to send him an email saying that I have assumed he has abandoned my project. It is a shame that some business people neglect proper communication.

We are very pleased with our experience with Cole Roofing and Construction. The process start to finish from consult and estimate, statement and work and scheduling, and execution and clean-up, was professional and easy start-to-finish. From a cost-perspective Cole was quite competitive and we were pleased. Cole replaced the roof on our home and detached garage, and did some repair work to window trim. The crew was courteous and respectful, and worked efficiently. Would recommend to anyone.

Greg Cole is professional, affordable, and trustworthy. He replaced my roof with no problems, and I wasnt able to be there. His prices are unbeatable. Someone else gave me a quote that was twice the price Cole Roofing asked for. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the shingles. They removed all the old shingles, they installed a whole new roof, and the is no debris leftover. I could not ask for a better experience or for better work. Cole Roofing gets my highest recommendation.

They were very responsive from the initial phone call all the way through the job completion. The crew showed up on time, were very through with the install and cleanup. We have a new roof, we are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

Overall great experience. Greg was easy to work with and offered many options for my roofing needs. The work crew was fantastic. They came on time, worked hard all day and completed the job in 1 day. The clean up was great, no damage to my house or landscape. My home looks great with the new roof. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend this outfit to everybody who has roofing needs.

Excellent contractor. From responding to the quote request through site cleanup they did a first rate job. They paid attention to details and cleaned the site daily. They used appropriate methods to protect surrounding shrubs and gutters and solartubes. They were ready with tarps for weather changes (it happens). I would gladly recommend Cole Roofing to neighbor or friend.
