There is a reason that this company has such a high rating & that is simply because it is very much deserved, earned and important to them! We have had a lot of work done on our home, by numerous contractors-some sub-par, some average and one SPECTACULAR....The Aluminum Comapny is that one! From start to finish this company does it right and that was very much appreciated by our family. At our initial meeting, the products were described, measurements taken and a quote was given. The sales pitch was very low pressure and we werent hounded with follow-up calls. We called to ask some questions and the sales rep came back to our house and answered everything. After our contract was signed, they let us know the lead time and then kept in constant contact about the status of getting the materials in. The crew that showed up to our house was just wonderful. The very first thing they did was come and introduce themselves to us, handed me a business card with the lead installers contact info, area managers contact info and the owners contact info; this established very quickly just how important customer satisfaction is. I never once reached for that card to contact anyone, there was never a reason to! The crew worked efficiently and kept the work site very tidy (my neighbors talked about how nice that was to see). Once the installation was complete, a manager came to walk through with us to make sure everything was done correctly. He answered all of the questions and concerns we had and he actually noticed two things that we never saw and called them to our attention. Everything that needed to be corrected was done quickly and perfectly. Never once did they offer an excuse, they owned all the minor issues and took care of them. We were provided with a written (& transferable) warranty for all things installed on our home and for the labor. I know that if we ever have a problem, one phone call will correct it. We were also given some tips and tricks for maintaining the siding and doors we purchased. We absolutely got a lower quote for the job we had done but that quote came with high, high pressure sales tactics (daily, almost hourly phone calls insisting we make a decision and that we visit their show room). With small children, I am so thankful that the Aluminum Company came to our house for everything and didnt bombard us with phone calls. I know that the extra money we spent to go with the Aluminum Company was one of the best decisions weve made in regards to work weve had done on our home. There are not words adequate enough to describe how very thrilled I am with this company...they do things right and thats so refreshing to see! I was told that the owner reads every single review that comes in so Id like to take the opportunity to thank him for having such a reputable company, it is obvious the employees are empowered to do what they know is right. I also want to applaud and thank every single employee of the Aluminum Company that had a hand in the work we had done, you all are just so awesome!!!

Outstanding! All around! From the sales person to the administrative staff, the installers, the managers, etc., everyone I spoke to was easily approachable and a pleasure to talk to. Everyone always offered to be of help if I had any questions or concerns. Patrick, the sales person, was incredibly helpful in giving me the best advice and options for my projects, ensuring that I can call anytime with questions, not expecting payment until after the walk-through and a detailed contract covering everything we had discussed. The administrative ladies (I apologize for not recalling your names), were always so friendly and helpful. They addressed any questions I had or transferred me to the appropriate people. The letter with the introduction of the various people who handled the installation and the added tips (advising to potentially remove items hanging on walls inside the house, etc.) while the installation was ongoing was a welcomed surprise. A huge thank you to the men working in the extreme heat and humidity: Daniel, Cruz and Mario. Although most of the time they were working at the house while I was at work, I could see the progress they made each day. I know they were working hard and the work they performed looks fabulous. I appreciated Daniel showing me the options I had for both, the chimney and dryer vents and also the painting of the same vents, so they matched the siding color. He also explained the process of some attributes of the siding including J-channels, flashings, etc. How cleverly they camouflaged most of the cables of the outside cameras…. completely amazed me. Each day, they left my property in a debris-free state which I immensely appreciated as I have dogs. Paco and Max are grateful, too. I was impressed with the well-organized plan from meeting with the sales person to the introduction letter, to the first call about materials having arrived, to letting me know to expect a dumpster, to the positive surprise to see a porta-potty, the great workmanship, to the excellent communication among the various staff, to the walk through with Joe who patiently answered all my questions and knowing that an extended warranty accompanies the high quality work that was performed. The special needs, rescue cats are enjoying the screened in room and I am glad that they are safe. The house looks fantastic and now I have to work a bit more on the landscaping, so it’ll match the newly sided house Everyone seemed genuinely nice, professional and enjoy the work they are doing. Several years after buying our home, my wife and I realized it was time for some major external home repairs. The original wood siding (house was built in 1971) was starting to rot, the paint peeling and the roof and deck were definitely showing their age. We contacted the Aluminum Company of North Carolina and Jeff Monsein came out to the house and did a great job explaining our options and tailoring a plan that fit our budget. They installed all new siding on our house and storage shed, replaced our windows and doors with energy efficient models, closed in our screened-in porch and created a sun room, installed a new deck and a new roof. They even created a covered porch with railings at the front door where there had only been steps and an uncovered stoop. After his crew completed the project, we were proud of how it looked and our neighbors were very complimentary and thanked us for increasing the property value to all of their houses in addition to our own. Since the work was originally done, a few things have come up, like a window seal or issues with weather-stripping. Each time, they have promptly come out to evaluate the problem and made repairs under our warranty. Last year, we noticed cracks in a few boards on the composite deck and noticed that water would pool in a couple of areas after rain or snowstorms. We contacted the Aluminum Company who came out to inspect the deck. They in turn contacted the manufacturer, who did their own inspection, and together they identified the cause of the problem. Fortunately, this was all covered under our warranty and the Aluminum Company of North Carolina worked with due diligence to replace our deck at no cost to us. The new deck looks great and we can see the water drain properly after a storm with no more pooling. Our thanks to the Aluminum Company of North Carolina for their professionalism and for performing an excellent siding, replacement and remodeling job on our house. Furthermore, we certainly appreciate their honoring our warranty, completing all of the needed repairs (especially the replacement deck project) and making it all as stress free as possible.
