My wife and I decided to add on to our family room and we chose Kaz Company to do the construction. Our choice was based on seeing some of their work first hand, hearing positive feedback from family and friends that have dealt with Kaz and reading the reviews. We went through a couple of design/drawing changes in Dec/Jan and construction started the last week of January. The job flowed flawlessly from one task to the next. The constant communication with the lead man was also greatly appreciated. I knew what to expect each day. The area was cleaned at the end of each day and there was no real disruption or inconvenience that we had to deal with throughout the process. Construction was completed the 2nd week of March and my wife and I are very happy with our new living space. It was a pleasure to work with all those we came in contact with. All our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed . Our experience with Kaz company was very positive not only for the job outcome but also for the customer service we received throughout the process. Thanks Kaz Company for a job well done. As an extremely satisfied customer of The Kaz Companies, Inc., I feel it is my consumer duty to write a review, a recommendation review, of the company who I trusted to design and construct our basement remodel. After searching the vast number of home remodeling contractors in the Western New York area, I came across a company name that I had heard others speak highly about and decided to inquire as to their services. That original contact, with Ray West, was the start of my business relationship with The Kaz Companies. From the design process, to the countless home visits and design ideas and changes, the crew at Kaz (to numerous to name them all) were professional, timely and tidy. Each day, the areas worked on and through were cleaned and organized. Our project lasted just over 8 weeks and was completed as promised, with no variations from the plans, no shortcuts and on the timeframe projected. I write this review with the hope that if you are considering any construction project and have yet to settle on a company, you will feel compelled to give The Kaz Companies a call and let them do what they do best.

We heard a lot of good things about Kaz Brothers and after getting 3 other estimates my wife and I decided to give a local company our business . Matt our salesman was very patient and not pushy at all , he found us an affordable price with great financing . Once the process started we knew we made a good choice , the girls in the office were very helpful with all of our questions , appointments and setting up the financing . The windows were measured and ordered in a timely manner , made and delivered in the time frame the were promised . When the 3 man crew arrived they answered all my questions and were very considerate of keeping the construction mess to a minimum . Kaz Brothers are very lucky to have such quality employees they did such a professional job , the windows look great , just like in the showroom . We would definitely recommend Kaz Brothers to anyone thinking about new windows it was a very positive experience .

Ive been a returning customer to Kaz Brothers since my last home purchase in January 2014 in West Seneca, NY. Theyve been great! Most recently, I had a siding project done on my tudor home that really brought the 1960s house back to life. My neighbors had a similar job done on their tudor that caught my eye so I signed up too. I thought the project was pretty big, but these guys came and went in only three days time - finished it all. The crew was very friendly and kept us up to date throughout the process. Everyday they cleaned up so that it looked like nobody had even been there. Christian and your crew, outstanding work! Don Murray has been my sales contact and Ill be referring all friends and family to Kaz, no complaints here. They stand behind their name and do quality work. Now what project do I want to do next?!....

They were responsiveness and professional - from the initial email inquiry to consultation and project planning/design and through the construction - each interaction was focused on customer satisfaction. Every team member that came onsite maintained a high level of standard while completing the project. We just completed a kitchen remodel. From start to finish, Kaz has been completely professional and everything that a customer could hope for. Cindy (sales) was honest and knowledgable; Lisa (designer) was willing to accommodate our busy schedule to make our selections, and I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dave (lead contractor) and Don (contractor). Their craftsmanship, attitude and willingness to listen and advise us were very much appreciated. Kaz is a reputable company in Western New York and we were amazed at the fair price quotes compared to several of their competitors whom we also brought in for estimates. I am very satisfied with Kaz and would reach out again in the future if I have another remodel planned.

Kaz completed a full kitchen remodel, complete with moving two walls. They were helpful from the beginning of the process and explaining all of our options, from designing and choosing materials and throughout the construction process. They were considerate in their design and made suggestions after seeing what our interests were. It added a personalized touch. The material selections offered were extensive and allowed for many creative options. During the construction process all of the workers were friendly and did a fabulous job keeping our home clean. They were flexible when we wanted to add cabinets as well. We are very satisfied with the work completed and would hire the company again for future projects.

We were very anxious about the scope of our project (residing house and rebuild side porch). Kaz did a wonderful job and we are so happy with the finished project. We have received many compliments with the new look of our home from neighbors and family. But more importantly, the crew who worked on it were exceptional. Punctual, courteous, organized, kept workplace clean and above all, the quality of their work was exceptional. And because they were here for so long, we got to know Steve, Rich and Doug very well. We are having a big renovation for our new home that involves a lot of details and various types of services from plumbing to electrical to new construction: new kitchen and two bathrooms and a sunroom addition as well as other needed improvements. Kaz is doing it all and in a great and well organized way. Yes, there are many decisions to be made, but Steve the project foreman is gracious, accommodating, and knowledgeable, helping us understand the process and helping along the way. Many thanks also to Justin, Dave, Lisa, and Kazs associated plumbing and electrical contractors for getting things done in a timely way and even ahead of schedule!
