The new roof looks fantastic! We really liked our interactions with Abel, Jose, the crew, and the staff at Artisan Quality Roofing. They were very patient and helpful as we were making decisions for our roofing needs. The initial quote was competitive and detailed. Abel and company answered all our questions from the initial quote to finished new roof. We were due for a new roof and when the new roof was complete, our interactions with Abel and the rest of Artisan Quality Roofing really left us feeling comfortable with choice we had just made. Weve had a few light rains and have had no issues. The crew was disciplined, hard working and efficient. It was very obvious that this crew worked well together and have done so in the past. They were also quite respectful of the property and were thorough with the magnet sweeps at the end of the job. If you are local to the Triangle area and in need of some roofing, Id definitely recommend having Abel or Jose give you a quote. We found them through our neighborhood social boards/posts and are glad we did. -David

The Artisan Quality Craftsman Builders, led by Abel Figueroa, is a hardworking team of professionals, who take pride in their work. Abel met with us and outlined what was required for roof replacement and described how extra measures are taken to assure the safety of his crew as they work to provide a top quality finished product. All of our questions were answered to our satisfaction and all communication was open, friendly and respectful. They did a thorough job in replacing our 24 year old roof with CertainTeed Landmark Designer Series Architectural shingles. They completed it in one day and did an excellent job. We found them to be knowledgeable, highly skilled and efficient. Once the job was completed, they took time to meticulously clean up all the old shingles and tar paper. When completed, Abel registered our warranty with Certain Teed, a nice touch We highly recommend this group and will work with them in the future on other projects.

We just used Artisan Quality Builders to replace our front porch all brick steps this week because the previous ones were sinking into the ground and separating from the actual porch. Abel was fantastic to work with and was so helpful. He took the time to explain in great detail what him and his guys would do and how they would replace the steps. He made sure they did it exactly the way we wanted and matched the new steps to the previous steps perfectly. All of his crew, along with Abel, were so respectful and made sure a quality job was done while they were here. I would recommend Artisan Quality Builders to anyone who needs any work done on their home and I will absolutely be going to Abel and Artisan Quality Builders first for any future projects that I will have at my home.

Abel and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof. He advised what to put on and even had suggestions for color for what would go with the color of the house. He spent the time afterwords to talk to me about the little differences in what Artisan does compared to an average roofing company. Those little things add up to big things over time and help protect your home and your investment. I would recommend Artisan Roofing to anyone wanting to put a roof on. Also, be open minded about nail guns and just how far they have come over the years. Technology has improved and we must educate ourselves on it. I love how Abel is not against hand nailing but he does spend the time with you to explain the differences and concerns people have with both ways of roofing.

I cant even begin to say how happy and relieved I am right now. Weve had active leaks in our living room, basement and bedroom from a previous shoddy roofing contractor (done 1 week prior to us purchasing our home 3 years ago) for the past few weeks. Abel was very accessible, informative, consoling and even took time out of his day to give us helpful advice on how to minimize the damage from the interior leaks before they were able to come out and fix our jacked up roof. Not only does the roof look great, its finally right and the shingles are nearly a perfect match! Also of note is that they left NOTHING behind except a few wood shavings. The yard and shrubbery remain completely undisturbed. I cant recommend these guys enough!

Last fall, Hurricane Matthew sent a tree through our old roof. After checking prices with several roofing companies we chose Artisan Quality Roofing. Abels crew repaired the damaged, replaced the entire roof, protecting adjacent landscaping and cleaning up all debris associated with the removal of the old roof. During the process, damage to the gutter was discovered, and we chose a gutter company at Abels recommendation to resolve those issues and the adjustments associated with that installation. Artisan Quality Builders did an awesome job on our house! My husband and I were very impressed with Abel and the whole crew. Abel came out and spent two hours doing an estimate for us, even going out of his way to make phone calls to try to match a skylight window replacement to save us money! The crew was on time and very neat and clean and finished our entire house and detached garage in one day. The house looks great and they definitely have a knack for doing a quality job on time while paying great attention to detail. Abel and his crew. Fantastic, fast, efficient, fair. Abel and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Abel was quick to provide a complete quote with all the details regarding the job. They had to coordinate with another contractor who was also working on the house. I always knew when they would be there, and what they would be doing. They always left things better than they were when they got there. We had Artisan take on a couple of other small projects while they were there and they knocked the ball out of the park. Rest assured if you are dealing with them that they will exceed your expectations!

Hired Abel to re-shingle our roof and was extremely pleased with the work. He explained everything, was on site, completed the job in the time promised, cleaned the mess, and gave us a very competitive price. Would recommend his services. We also hired his brother Jose to rebuild our deck. Jose did a fantastic job. He is very meticulous and precise, so he may take a little longer to complete the job, but it is well worth the time as his craftsmanship is excellent. Would definitely recommend both Abel and Jose. Both are friendly, easy to get along, reasonably priced, and do very good work.

Abel was prompt, professional and very personable. The roof installers were polite and very hard working; they removed the old roof and installed the new roof in one day! I like the fact that Abel uses his own crew, not unknown subcontractors. Abel communicated with us very well. He encouraged us to ask questions about the quote he provided, so we sent him a list of our questions and he answered each one. One last thing that is so very important to us: Abel did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. We would certainly hire Artisan Quality Builders again.
