CRS is an outstanding family owned roofing business. I was in need of replacing my entire roof and requested several quotes from 5 different roofing companies. I received emails from 4, but received only one personal call from CRS. I spoke to the owner George and a quote was received. We spoke about the price and several different things that I was concerned about. Every issue was addressed. His wife clearly spelled out my payment requirements and their responsibilities on the contract. I got to personally know both of them, their son and the receptionist. I felt so comfortable with them as if they were family. On one of my visits they even gave me some extra mangos that had fallen off their tree. The job was done completely to my satisfaction. Recently we went through hurricane Irma and a few shingles were compromised due to strong winds. George and I spoke about the issue and CRS responded within several days and took care of the minor repair. If youre looking for an honest roofing company thats going to deal with you as family. Contact CRS, you will not be disappointed. I will be continuing to use CRS for any and all future roofing needs.

I had a very large tree branch break off and crack my roof on a windy day..Next thing i know its dripping water all over the place.. i received a free quote residential roofing quote from Complete roofing contractors ins in West palm Beach.Out of the other 3 quotes I received there price was very competitive..I choose them and they fixed the roof no problems, but not only did they fix my roof.. they took a chain saw and removed the other rotten limbs on the tree that could of ended up causing more damage in the future.. they provided the branch removal for free. i was very pleased.. I highly recommend them.

These people are the worst. They got their $650 to tarp our house roof after IRMA and even though we had a contract that they would come out again to secure the tarp after the adjuster came, they demanded ANOTHER $650!! and when we wouldnt pay, they abandoned the job and left our bare wood roof without any tarp or coverage. Even after they did the first crappy tarp job it STILL rained in our house. PLUS, according to the adjuster, they damaged the peak of our roof by banging in long nails, so this is not over for us yet.

Well, they still have not finished and it has been more than four months. Some finishing work still to be performed as promised in writing by owner. Communication below average. The work completed and the workers were great. A little lazy on the clean up of the tin tacks which can be quite hazardous. Kept getting brushed off by owner with excuses of why they havent made it back to finish. I guess he is just hoping we will forget given enough time.

They are reasonably priced and I liked how they took the time explain in detail every step that they would do. They also took pictures as they did the work which I appreciate since it actually shows they did it. The employees were polite and professional, another plus. My only complaint is that their communication needs a little work.
