My wife and I bought our first house about 5 years ago. When buying the house we were told that the roof was "new". After living there for about a year we noticed that the "new" roof around the chimney was leaking. A short time later the roof also began to leak in a couple other spots. Since we had a warranty on the house we had a claim adjuster come out and give his suggestions as to what they would like to have fixed. We decided to contact several roofing companies including Brink Roofing to get a quote on the work the adjuster wanted done. Right from the start I was very impressed with Brink. The owner himself, Kyle Brink, came out to put together a quote for us. He was extremely personable and even took the time to go over all the info and pictures that the claim adjuster sent us. After listening to all our concerns he began his inspection which he did for about 3 hours. This made me very happy as every other company we had had out before him took mere minutes to do their inspection. A few days later Kyle contact me with his inspection findings and his quote. He had found MANY problems with our roof, several that the claims adjuster didnt even catch, and recommend a full roof replacement. Kyle even offered to work with my claims adjuster directly so that I didnt have to be the middle man. After working with them very closely, Kyle was able to convince the insurance company to completely cover ALL the costs so that our roof could be replaced. Kyle continued to work with us on scheduling and even helping us pick out the singles we wanted. Then his crew began work. The crew, led by Rick, was just as personable, knowledgeable and diligent as Kyle was. They arrived on time every day and did all they could to make sure our property would remain clean and undamaged. They listened closely to my requests and even removed an old satellite dish for me. They would ask my opinion on things throughout the project to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The overall work took approximately 3 days and when all was said and done everything looked amazing! Our yard and gardens were in as good of condition as they were when the project started. Its been about a year since Kyle and his crew replaced our roof, fixed our chimney and secured our soffit and Im happy to say that everything still looks as good as the day it was finished. We sleep soundly on stormy nights knowing that our new roof will keep us safe and dry. Thank you Kyle, Rick and everyone at Brink Roofing. Youre truly a class act.

We called Brink Roofing to get an estimate for some damage to our roof from a recent storm. I spoke to the owner Kyle, and he promptly provided information and recommendations on how best to proceed given the condition of our roof. Time was of the essence and another major rainfall or high winds could have done further damage. Kyle personally oversaw the work and made sure that we were kept updated throughout the entire process, and before the next week (when it ended up raining off and on for about 4 days), our roof was completely fixed and ready for this upcoming winter. We simply cannot thank them enough for their hard work in getting our roof fixed! It is a huge relief knowing that the roof is weatherproof heading into winter. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of Brink roofing and Im happy to recommend them to anyone who might need any roof related work done. Thank you!!

Contacted them Tuesday night because ice under the shingles led to a leak in my living room. Came out the next day for a free estimate which they sent that night via email. I called to schedule and was told the only time was the next week but scheduled anyway. Got an email back that the owner, who I had contacted before, had kept an emergency slot open for me to help save my ceiling. They came out, protected my glass door, and remove several 300-500 lb icicles from the front. The leak stopped even before they left. Quick professional service, gave me the option of only clearing the damaged area which save me money, and pushed my appointment ahead because of ongoing damage. When we get the roof and insulation repaired this summer we are definitely calling them.

They where referred to me for a roof job. From the start to the finish it was top notch service. They cared about the Neibors and made sure they where on the job full time until the job was complete. I have used a lot of contractors in my years and by far they where the most professional. The price was great and the quality was the best I have seen. I absolutely love brinks. They are so professional. And I always recommend them. Its hard for me because I dont know much when it comes to roofing and leaks. So I could really tell while I was getting estimates that some people were trying to talk me into spending way more than I needed to. The men at brinks were so honest with me. Telling me how I can save money and what I really need done. And I so very much appreciate that. My roof looks awesome. No leaks what so ever! Not one single drop! Called Brink roofing for a estimate the owner Kyle came out sat with me about a hour and a half explaining things. They started my roof had questions on certain things they were doing on my roof. Talked to Kyle again he came out and took care of the issues. even when job was in middle of progress had had a issue he came to my house on sunday during the big rain storm we had and got up on my roof and took care of it till his crew could come back the following day.
