I came in regardless of the prior bad reviews. First time, I am usually a good judge on hairstylist by looking at their own hair, appearance, approach and demeanor. I clearly expressed what my expectations where. The First Lady who greeted me Beh was very friendly. There were other consumers as well. I was attended by Dee hairstylist. I have blonde warm/ w platinum mid ends- and it takes skilled hairstylists to know exactly how to handle my baby fine blonde hair without damaging my hair in anyway. The lady listened and acknowledged my specific needs to do my roots and new growth without causing overlapping on the bleached platinum ends. 45 minutes my hair was processed, good result and out the door. They didnt pressure me to buy anything and I did buy a good product that was used on my own hair after the color, so it turned out to be a good recommendation anyway. Bottom line; coming in for the first time the place was clean and the ladies were friendly and they didnt push me to do any haircuts or any unwanted services. The price was decent and the hairstylist seem very knowledgeable, had very good demeanor and her own hair was very well taken care of. People sometimes expect a magician and not a beautician. I will definitely return.

6/1/2016 Had the worst hair experience ever at this Hair Salon. I have been going to this location for the past 4 years. All the women who cut my hair have left which should have been a clue. The only hair wrecker working on 6/1/2016 should be called Bonehead. I asked the hair to be left long and even out. Bonehead has out dog shears and begins cutting the hair on the sides until I have no hair on the sides. Then she starts cutting the top but cannot even out the top because the hair on the sides is so short. She then blames my hair for her poor cut. Bonehead cut my hair so short I will have to wear suntan lotion on my hair. Bonehead deserves a zero rating

Wow couldnt even make it in the door, was bringing my son to get his hair cut and as I walked towards the door I could hear screaming from inside, not horror movie type but it was horrible.When I asked who the person was doing the screaming they told me it was the Manager "Kelly" I could see she was the only one screaming and I certainly will NEVER go there again. People like that dont deserve to work with the public.
