Stay away from this place what a rip off!! I came because of a last minute even I called the business to see if they had available appointments and that should have been an alarm fora Saturday morning. I met with a Patricia who for a hair dresser had pretty horrible hair flag number 2. Then she asks what color I choose the color. She chops off a ton of hair and the end result I adsolutely hate! She raised the price mid color processing, its too short and orange! I tell the stylist you know this is not the color I wanted right? She says yes it is let me blow dry the front so you can see the color. I know my hair and unless you have hoodinis magic in that blower it is not going to be what I want. So of course that was just a waste of time. I speak the manager she say after being told what color it is supposed to be yes that is the color and then says ok we can take 10 off the price. Oh great, so Im still paying more then agreed upon. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

My first visit August 2010 was my last visit. Where the hell did Luz get her license from? I just know the state did not give this woman a professional business license. My feet look and felt better BEFORE her pedicure. I was appalled. After taking 3 hours, the service was very sloppy, she was unattentive to my request, using razors after I repeatedly said not to, unsanitary, etc. Dont even let me speak on the acrylic. I was pretty sure they brought in the cleaning lady to give me a pedicure. Very displeased! I will never return.

Got my hair cut for the first time at this place. The lady I had who cut my hair showed me how much she was going to cut off of the bottom and she cut off a whole lot more then what she said ( It looks really bad). And I also had my bangs cut and now my bangs look like they never even got cut when and it isnt how I wanted it to look. I will not be retuning to this place.

Went with a Groupon for a deep conditioning and haircut. Deep conditioning left my hair dry and frizzy, haircut was so fast, stylist didnt even compare the ends to make they were even. Didnt even offer blow dry just took the cape off and sent me on my way.

Great customer service. They offered me coffee, wine, etc. I got my hair dyed, highlights, conditioned, cut, and blow dried. Asrar did an excellent job. Very professional. Hair was perfection!!! Will return.

If you go with Groupon they will give you the worst "hairstylist" available ... worst place ever! Run away from that place! They are out of style! Classless personnel anyway...
