This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had in a hair salon. I wanted to cut and color my hair and was quoted at $64. I explicitly said that if they couldnt do what I wanted than to just give me a cut (which the woman who signed me in repeated to the woman who was to cut my hair). On multiple occasions during this service I said that I did not want any treatments that cost extra. The first thing was the stylist trying to get a green chlorine tint out of my hair and when the clarifying wash didnt work she said, "My manager said to try this bleach and water treatment instead" and began doing it after I asked if it was extra and she said no. She informed me while doing this that since my hair was so damaged she didnt want to color it yet and would rather it be in better shape after a few weeks to months before doing so. She then used a toner and cut my hair and said this would cost a lot less since she didnt do what was originally quoted. I said I only wanted the dead ends cut off which she said was about 3 inches... She ended up cutting off about 8 inches. While checking out they ran my card for $66 where even the stylist was confused at how much it was. The manager said she changed the price to what was done to my hair and wouldnt refund anything. I cried at how yellow my hair was (it was supposed to be grey) and how much shorter it was. The only positive thing in this entire experience was that the stylist was very nice, unlike the manager. I was also CONVENIENTLY not given a receipt.

I brought my kids in a couple days ago. My youngest just had a trim; very simple, my oldest had a more trendy cut; we asked for it to be a bit longer than the picture, but still quite simple and it turned out quite nice. So, today I brought in a picture of a simple cut for myself and neither stylist who cut my kids hair was there. The stylist who cut my hair asked if I wanted it exactly like the picture. I said as much as you possibly can. I have glasses so as they are off, I cannot see my hair being cut. It was a short cut with long bangs w/a feathered style. My bangs were cut 2 inches+ shorter than the pic and it is totally uneven from one side to the other. My husband agreed but like a good husband; said he still likes it.

Highly suggest that you stay away from this salon. I had a negative experience with color that was put on my hair. I went in to see the manager and she offered me nothing as a solution for the problem. Carrie Hardyman does not think that customer satisfaction matters. In addition to the negative experience this location charges more for the same service that I could get at the Supercuts in Lake Mary or for that matter in a different state.

I have been here a number of times and I have to say, your satisfaction definitely depends on which stylist you have. I have been the most happy with Sara, and now will only see her for my cuts and my kids.

I was in here a few week ago. I had a very pleasant experience. My stylist name was Sheila and she really listened to what I wanted. My hair came out great. I will definetly being going back to see her!!

When to get a hair cut when i got there one of the ladies was doing nothing i wait for 15 minutes somebody else came after me and she just sit him no explenation why i ask no answer

My kids and I get our haircuts there. Never really a bad experience other than sometime long waits. Call ahead, bring coupons.
