I have been using PIP for over 10 years. From the first print job, I was impressed. Not just with the quality of the product, but more with the service aspect. The staff learned quickly what my expectations were and they became my "second eye" when looking at my "stuff" coming in and going out. That is really helpful-especially when you have projects that need to be turned around quickly. I also appreciate that thier team has often gone over and above what was asked to turn out a superior product. I work for a group of quick service restaurants in Central Florida as well as doing free lance projects for non-profits and I can tell you that I dont consider using anyone other than PIP for all of my printing needs. If your new to PIP....ask for Sherry- she is amazing!

Contacted them Wednesday no call back. stopped by Thursday couldnt get an appointment and never got a call on Friday to schedule that appointment and they are closed sat. And Sunday. So basically they dont want my buisness & left me a business man waiting on them for nothing, I didnt look like a big money marketinging spender so i guess i dont get service, unfortunately looks are deceiving and PIP lost my interest in their services. If you want someone who is anxious to help new customers dont go here. They only care about customer service if you show them a wad of cash before you ask for help.
