I had no problem at all with the FedEx Office; however, the site directions took me several minutes, although not miles, out of my way through the shopping center across the street for no logical reason. No FedEx box there! Had I missed the pickup deadline due to the extra time it took, I would have been really upset. Fix your website directions please! Also, the drop off box near my home specifies a final pickup time, but the website states a later time. Get your act together please.

I have been using this Fedex for quite some time now, and have never had any issues. Sure they get busy like any other place, but being a ebay seller sometimes im here 3-4 times a week for Fedex Ground Dropoffs. Always nice staff, always recognized and helpful. Living in Broadview Hts. this is a nice close ride for me (under 10 mins). Kudos to Fedex office!

The staff is incompetent and should not be operating a Fedex office. They misinformed about the shipping requirements(which they should know ), which totally delayed the shipment and created problems for the shippers.On another case they overbilled the shipper, which was cleared only after calling Fedex corporation.

They punish all students that want to go there to print. Students get a minor discount, but they will never accommodate a decent time-frame. Employees are rude and downright useless. I hope this business crashes. I cant wait 4 days for 25 pages of notes
