I had the pleasure of working with the amazing team of professionals at JakPrints for work around the Republican National Convention. I had been brought onboard very close to the convention and had little time to vet printers in the Cleveland area. I relied almost exclusively on online reviews, which were overwhelmingly good, and my initial interactions with the customer services folks. I utilized their excellent online ordering option for most of my jobs, and whenever I had questions, concerns or even last minute changes, Sara and Linda helped me every time without any hesitancy, and never made me feel like I was bothering them. We had JakPrints produce more than 7000 laminated credentials, business cards, event tickets, and circular stickers. The only issue we had was on the Friday before the convention, they had a mechanical failure and immediately called me to let me know they weren’t able to deliver our last credential that was scheduled for Friday by close of business. We needed the credentials for an event on Sunday, and JakPrints is closed on weekends. But, by Friday night, I had received an email notifying me the order was done, and by Saturday, thanks to near Herculean efforts by Aaron, Chris and Brandon, they not only got our Friday order in our hands, but our Monday order as well. Truly, over-and-above service. As good as all of the above is, their quality of their product is on par with their excellent team. Our credentials were heads above others at the convention, mostly due to the flawless quality of JakPrints work. Thumbs up, five stars, A+ and any other quality signifier to team JakPrints. The experience with Jakprints has been great and I can only recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. We just received our first order and everything is as desired and satisfies us completely. We printed our own t-shirt line with Jakprints and this was our very first time of doing this. Their customer service, in particular Sara L, was just excellent (e.g. quick email responses, follow ups). She dealt with every question we had and provided help wherever she could. Even with a service they didnt provide (woven labels) she recommended someone who could. She even allowed us to ship everything directly to her and handled it all from there. Additionally, whenever we had some late changes or additional requests (e.g. getting a t-shirt model not available, design adjustments) there was no problem of making that happen either. Certain changes brought sometimes additional charges but Japrinkts was here again very welcoming with being very flexible regarding costs, billing and shipping. There is nothing what I can complain about and I will be happy to make my next order again with them. One more note to why we chose Jakprints at the first place. I had contact with a couple of different t-shirt printing companies but none of them could do what they could. They can print whatever you like and add the finishing you wish. All other companies had limited printing areas, not the t-shirt model you would like or did not offer any additional services. All in all, thank you Jakprints.

Ive never really had any issues with Jaks in the past. I could send press ready art with my eyes closed, with no digital proof, and things would come out perfect. This year, however, has literally been a disaster. Ive placed ten orders since April, and three of them didnt come out right. Two of the three misprints were reprinted, and I decided to use what I received in lieu of a third reprint. My tenth order is in production as I write, and Im nervous. Ive always been told that things got messed up in prepress. I dont care where fault lies, rather Im concerned with lack of quality controls. In addition, there are no detailed file prep specs for sending artwork. The file prep recommendations that are available involve outdated and/or ill-advised methods. Plus, a few months ago, an acquaintance placed an order for pocket folders that came out less than impressive (the folders were badly cut). I told her that its a fluke and to let them know about it. Now, Im starting to believe that the counterculture demeanor plus an overwhelming number of offerings for print has transcended into fast and loose deliverables.

Jakprints is far superior than any other company Ive ever worked with for my printed material needs. Ive been a loyal customer for 7 years and have submitted 20+ projects with them. Their quality of work and customer support is phenomenal and has been very consistent over the years. Their representatives do a tremendous job in making you feel 100% confident with the outcome of your project before moving it into production. Every time I see a Jakprints box at my doorstep, I get just as giddy as a kid on Christmas morning! Even in the rare case that something goes wrong during production, Ive contacted them after the fact and theyve taken complete care of it. I give Jakprints a lot of credit for my success in building the brand for my music all thanks to the outstanding work theyve done in printing my stickers, shirts, flyers, sweatshirts, beanies, postcards, and banners. After doing countless hours of research for a company to prints my shirts, everything led me back to Jak Prints. I was really excited to work with them when it came time to print my first line of shirts. With the recommendation of an employee, I went with a soft touch ink on an American Apparel shirt. Well, for the design it did not work out too well. The fibers raised up after one wash and faded the design. I was really discouraged after all the hype for their company. After working with the sales manager, we came up with a solution and he gave me full credit for my previous order even though it turned out not to be an error in the print job. I received a new shipment of shirts from them yesterday and they turned out incredible. I was ready to throw in the Towel for their company but the Sales manager, Dan, restored my faith in Jak prints and now I wont hesitate to place every print job I need through them. I highly encourage everyone to do business with them. Thank you for your time and patience.

I am horrible experience. I uploaded my files for prayer and waited about four business days before having to call them. When I did the young lady apologized and said that everything would be taken care of and the order has been processed upon making payment. However after waiting the five business days turnaround time I called to advise when I would be picking up my order and I was promptly told the order had not been processed. Apparently the number for me was listed incorrectly in the system but my issue was I had spoke with a rep on several occasions and was never advised there was an issue. In addition to that, they did have my email address and I had received several emails but no one attempted to contact me through my email. I am very disappointed with Jak Prints. After all, I missed a deadline that was very important. Buyer beware, ialsoasvised the refund could take up to 30 days to see it.

Jakprints is a fantastic company and my go to for all over print shirts. Through their sublimation printing process I am able to use my artwork to create custom graphic t-shirts. Jakprints is so successful in capturing an accurate representation of the artwork. From the rich saturation of the color, to the line and shadow work of the sketch, everything printed on the shirt stays true to the orginal artwork. The best part is that it does not wash away when doing laundry. I have to say I am not only satisfied with the product but with the customer service. They have a superb team of technicians who are all invested in producing top quality prints. They are incredibly helpful and are willing to share their advice and expertise. I highly recommend Jakprints and will continue doing business with them for a long time.
