On 8/11/16 took my laptop to store #2130. Employee Chris Quante received. I prepaid $169.99 with my VISA card.In mid afternoon on 8/13/16 called the store and was told the laptop was ready for pickup. No one had called me. Picked up the computer at approximately 5:00 PM. The clerk stated that the repair cost was as above. I couldnt remember if I had paid already. I am 78 years old and have a short time memory problem. The clerk, helped by a computer search by a member of management, told me I had not paid. I paid the above sum at the register. At home my wife verified with USAA on her computer that I had now paid the amount twice. She also found the original receipt dated 8/11/16. She called the store but was told we had to produce the two receipts in person. Today, Sunday, I am waiting for the store to open to present the two receipts. A result of management incompetency all around as my wife had provided all needed information on the phone.

Today I went to the Copy and Print station. It was my first time at this location. I was helped by AL! He was super friendly. He even managed to get me to try the Resume paper. Which was a good touch I might ad. Then he offered the Office Depot customer card and I accepted. He was a very busy guy. Super nice. I went at a good time because by the time I was leaving there was a line. I would for sure go back to this location. 3 stars and not 4 or 5 because, inside lacked a bit of labeling for what was the sections of the store.

I used to luv this store, but after visiting last week I was extremely disappointed with all the changes! Theyve gotten rid of all the important items & have stocked the store full of useless, novelty items. Theyve removed 75% of the shelves & the ones that are left are only 4-5ft tall. I had a sales lady hovering & rushing my shopping experience. At check out they had no idea what they were doing, two freshly hired teens with no training. So WAY TO GO OFFICE DEPOT, YOUVE BECOME LIBTARD!

Had to purchase new computer when mine crashed. I had done some research online, but the salesman was extremely helpful & answered my questions. I ended up making my purchase there & added a new keyboard/mouse & monitor as well. The salesman was able to meet the price I had researched on another store website. Cashiers and carry-out person were extremely courteous. My whole visit from the time I walked in until I was driving away was slightly over 30 minutes.

Customer service is lacking at this location. Woman at the register did not want to assist me in the least. Print department manager seemed very unorganized and kept asking another employee how to do things. That employee answered him but didnt assist him to speed the process. After finally getting an item ordered and upon call back several days later to be sure it was in, I was left on hold for far too long. Although my item came in, overall I was disappointed.

Bought a highbacked chair in 2009 that was on sell. Was told I could get a 2 year replacement plan that would replace the chair is something went wrong. Now the chair has problems and I am told they will only send me a gift card for the amount of the purchase. There are no chairs like this one available at that price anymore. Plus it will take several weeks to get the card and what do I do without a chair meanwhile???

Basic stock inventory, instead of restocking they offer ordering online for home shipping; cant touch or physically see for quality. This has been the case for multiple items on several occasions, even items displayed on sale. Why bother having a brick and mortar store when stock is ordered online? I can do that from home! Ultimately forced to do so from home or drive several miles to another city.

I have printed here a few times and those working at the print center are great! My prints always come out very well. But they seem overwhelmed back there. One person running the show printing, copying, and laminating while 3 employees stand at the register pretty much with their thumbs up their bums. Seems like things could go quicker if they got some assistance back there! Get off your phones!

After having some trouble finding a specific model of keyboard, I found what I was looking for here. A different store was carrying what appeared to be an outdated model. Ive noticed Office Depot generally has a better selection than many electronic stores when it comes to computer accessories. This store has particularly friendly and helpful staff.

The service at this store was always kinda ok, but prices went up when the only competitor was merged into them. Lines backup at the print services counter. So, sometimes you have to go to the Villages for the closest Staples, or Best Buy for a broader selection. However, sometimes their sale prices on computer accessories beat Amazon.

I appreciate the great service from knowledgeable staff, in a beautiful, remodeled facility. Al, in the copy center, has been particularly expert and helpful through the years. If you have a large or complicated print job, and wish to have it done accurately, I recommend going to him.

Called ahead of time and asked for the print center email to send something to print. I was told they RATHER not give me the email and instead ask me to come in and use the computer. Then i go in and the computer requires u to pay to use it. Now thats customer service, great job guys.

Envelopes are 7 times more than Big Lots. Good buys on furniture but a lateral file cabinet on sake for $120-00 was going to cost more than $60-00 to assemble. Way to expensive. Checked out the ridiculous prices on computers with only 4 Meg ram. Crazy.
