Doesnt adjust to your schedule. As we all know parks can be opened from morning to 10, unless its mk which is opened past 10 for EMH. Ad a CM, you can be scheduled anywhere between 6in the morning to 1 in the morning or longer, leaving you begging to not be charged extra because you have no control of your schedule. They said this center was primarily a childcare for Disney employees, then they should actually have it benefit the employees.It also doesnt help for the prices they charge. I thought this was suppose to be for Disney employees, so when did 41$ per day, even days that they dont go, become a good deal to pay? Thats more than a regular daycare, which Im going to start to have to put my child in to save money. How in a matter of four days I go to having to pay 302$ for daycare is beyond me. He didnt even go in for most of those days they want me to pay for,

Not flexible with my work schedule and I must have my son coming in 4days a week and if not Ill still be charged for the 4 days whether he shows or not. Dont know why they give me daily rates might as well give me weekly rates because thats what theyre charging me regardless. And if I do back up care its not a guarantee that my son will go in for the day I need the day care -_- they need to be more flexible and be less about taking my money because hours this week are cut very short and I have to pay for days he doesnt have to go and give them money I dont have. They couldnt even try working something out with me to help me out

This is not a ymca its a Walt Disney world daycare for their cast members as they get a discounted price while non members pay a hefty price. My daughter goes to vpk here and I wanted to put her in the spring break camp and since shes in vpk there they charged me more to put her in the camp you figure they would give me a discount for her doing vpk there on top of that I had to re register her for the camp and pay 40 dollars for it which I didnt understand since she goes there for school. They ripoff the non cast members and the cast members get all these benefits and its mostly non cast members that go there

Both of my kids go to daycare here and the staff is great with both of them. The children are in classrooms with other children their own age, and the facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is great.

My daughter started going when she was 1 year old, shes 3 now. My wife and I can see the progress as she grows. They also have a Parent Advisory Board whos members are awesome. This is an outstanding facility!!

They have stolen over 200 dollars of my money and have been holding it for over 3 months now and will constantly harass you with dad beware these thieves
