Horrible place! At the time my children attended this center my baby was 9mos or 10mos old. He was being forced I believe to take naps by harmful behavior. One day we picked up our children after only being there for one month and got home to find all kinds of scratches and abdominal bruising on our baby! They were abusing my baby and lied about it. In fact, they lied and said my husband did it before bringing him in. Smh. We filed a complaint with the Beachwood police department in which did not help. The owner stands firm behind those ratchet broads she hire. Their camera system sucked at the time with lots of blind spots they got away with it. The worse part is they blamed this on a older child that went to the center that supposedly picked my child up because they werent watching him. However, my husband and I dont believe that for one second. Our baby is traumatized until this day and will not willing stay with anyone. He cried for months and whenever he had to get in his crib at home he would cry horrifying cries with nightmares. So, its just not worth the pain for your family or child. I would recommend researching any center but especially this center! Hope this helps someone.

My children have been going to BFF for just over a year. The staff and administration are top notch. I have never been so comfortable with a childcare program. The care and environment provides a secure, healthy learning atmosphere that my children love and look forward going to everyday. They are genuine and loving to everyone who walks in the door. My children have been enrolled at other facilities where the minute you walk in the door you hear babies crying, teachers on cell phones, and staff just not caring. Beachwood Forever Friends is a very comforting, welcoming, family environment, that takes extra steps to keep everyone secure and happy. Their is not another center there that I would even consider enrolling my children. Thank you all for making drop off for myself and more importantly my children so smooth and wonderful!!

The worst ever daycare, my son lost his tooth because his teacher was having fun with other teachers and not watching him. No outdoors play area and they leave all the young kids in the morning with 70 years old lady who will never get up of her chair.

I have heard severely bad things about this place. Children being forced to sit on patty chairs, crying for hours, "teachers on their phones texting all day, children being left in cribs for hours on end crying. Not a good place to send your child.

Kind, caring wonderful staff who love living in the land of the three foot people. My five year old has been there for over a year and he has made very satisfying progress. He did come home one day saying "chicken booty" over and over . . .
