I wouldnt even give this place one star, but it was the only option in order to leave a review. My 3month old attended the center for not even 3 full weeks. From day 1 I should have paid attention to the signs. He did not have a crib and he attended this center for almost 3 weeks. Every time I asked I would be told once a child was transitioned to another room he would be given a crib, never happened. The infant room teachers did not make me feel that my child was welcomed and would always make comments about how demanding he was! (Hes 3months!) One day during me picking him up I walked in only to find my child laying on the floor on a blanket on his stomach sleeping!!!!!!! INSANITY!!! I was crazy enough to still give them another chance because I am a working mother and their services were needed. The final straw was when I dropped him off during the morning and his teacher Ms. Claudine addressed my son by calling him Buster Brown! If you are not familiar with who that is, the urban dictionary refers to this character as " really goofy looking person who also has very poor social skills and is usually not wanted by a majority of a group" immediately upon looking this up and finding out that this is what she and some of the other staff were referring to my child, I Immediately went and picked my child up. I told them exactly how I felt about this absurd behavior and advised that it would be his last day there. Only to find that yet another child, younger than my son sleeping on the floor on his stomach!!! When confronted about the name calling of an infant she lied and stated she didnt say that. Ms. Lisa was very apologetic about the situation, but I would never think about sending him back. I am writing this review to hopefully save another parent of all of the strife I have endured in the short weeks my son did attend. I will be filing a complaint about these matters and hopefully something will be done to correct it. As a working parent you should feel at ease about who your child is with for 8 hours out of the day and Carnival (infant room) did the exact opposite! I would hate for another parent to have this experience .

Where do i even begin. My family and i have been involved within Carnival Child Develop Center for over 5 years now. There is not one bad experience that i can relate to within this center. My husband and I have 4 children and my oldest has been there since he was 12 months so he has been a part of room in every age group. The whole entire staff has treated us like family since day one, and to this day remain welcoming and friendly. Having to work long hours i know that my children are in safe hands. The center offers 3 balanced cooked meals and snacks. As much as my babies love to eat they are never hungry when i pick them up,which is awesome. I value that the center follows a curriculum that is enforcing learning and fun as well. My oldest two(5 and 3) tell me how much the love the summer as theyre days are filled with fun things to do and field trips. We always have family involved programs to attend at the center which makes my husband and i very happy because we love to see our children interacting with us and theyre friends. I STRONGLY recommend looking into Carnival Child Development Center for your children.

My daughter went here for a few months the daycare looks nice with big bright pictures on the walls, however it turned out to be a terrible experience. They would let her lay in her crib and cry, they would put her in cribs that belonged to other babies. I went there once and they were feeding her out of some one elses bottle. She had also been sent home with another childs diapers on before! Finally I said enough was enough when they let her go a day WITHOUT EATING. Then didnt tell me she was out of milk until 3:00pm that day when I dropped her off around 10:00am. The owner Mrs.lisa didnt seem to care that much. I wouldnt recommend sending your child here!
