I paid for urethane paint, but should have known when the manager Mike said oh we hate to (shoot the urethane paint) because it needs to be done right! So Im thinking ok well in that case ..I said lets do it... But hell no crap job for $800 dollars ...and I live 45 min from the shop mind you, so after three trys could not get rid of the fish eye and drip (everywhere!!) horrible job And he said bring it back some other time lol you mean a fourth time sure let me get right on that NOT!! So Im like wtf!! So he argued and was cursing at me threaten me! And said I just wanted a discount really Mike what about all the flaws and drip, and fish eye which is why you admitted it yea ok bud! So know Im out money and crapy job wont honor the warranty and wouldnt take it there anyway! After all of this unreal its the wrost place in town! And stay away from mike one fast talking sells man that will say what you want to hear to get your cash! And rip you off but does not like to be told the truth!! ""Stay away"" and go to a reputable place please...and make sure with good reviews I read these on hear to late. dont be like me!

Guess Me

Never go here....I bought a warranty for 3 yrs. My vehicle has been painted now 4 times within a year here. They manage to mess it up each time. Only a single stage paint at that. Ruined all my plastic on the truck and refuses to replace because they painted without even asking. Regional manager was involved only to not make much of a difference. Worst customer service Ive experienced besides wal mart . Maaco would probably even do better. Complete waste of money and time. Over the past year they had my vehicle 1 month outta 12 . Seriously pay ano extant 100 or 2 to get better service and work. I say again. ..never go here. If it peels or flakes again in the next month or two Im taking them to court. Thats how upset I am

Worst place in Lakeland, The car parts are good (passenger door and trunk with a Si spoiler) but they broken the door inside and they give my car like that, so the door only open from Outside, the spoiler dont turn on and my windows are tinted and they scratch the glass, when I went to solve the problem of my door I had to wait almost 2 HOURS, seriously never, never I will go again and less give a reference about that place.

Good customer service. Competitive prices. Mike took great care of me. I got a great paint job for the price I paid. Please know that your car will look great, but may have a couple small blemishes like mine did. I expected that with a 275 dollar paint job. Some of these people complaining on here obviously were not aware of the product they were purchasing.

This is the worst paint shop Ive ever used. This shop will not stand by there work. If you have a car that has had body work , been primed and just needs paint , this is the place for you but BEWARE ! There is a quality shop about 1 mile east of this location, go there . REMEMBER, you get what you pay for .

THIS IS THE WORST PAINT SHOP IN LAKELAND I DONT KNOW HOW THEYRE STILL IN BUSINESS THEY DID A REALLY BAD JOB PAITING JUST THE TOP AND HOOD OF MY SUV THE COLOR DOESNT EVEN MATCH AND THERES A LOT OF MISTAKES,PLEASE IF YOU NEED A PAINT JOB NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .

Mike at the front desk was super. Professional and friendly. Drove my 2000 Honda Civic in looking dull and old. Drove it out looking practically brand new. The painters did an excellent job ! I will recommend Econo to everyone I know.. They all deserve a raise.

will never take one of my cars back there mt paint job looks like crap I got a three year warrteny on it took it back twice but they will not fix it and it says in my paper work that it covers chipping but there not covering it

First paint job missed the whole top just lightly sprayed it .took it back for touch up missed half the car only did the top.then on top of all that bent my key.. Had to replace..very trashy paint job .cant get it right
