I could not speak more highly of Falls Auto Body! As a younger woman, I’ve always found it difficult to walk into body shops. We are often worried we will be taken advantage of for our incompetence in the automotive field. You can rest assured that Falls Auto Body will treat you with respect and fairness. On Monday, Jan. 9, I brought in my 2014 Jeep Patriot for an estimate on body work and paint on the hatch before a rear window replacement. Dan, general manager, did my estimate. He was not only fast and efficient, but had a great sense of humor that made my crappy day a little better. They said they were booked until February, but due to the coming week of sleet and downpour rain (and me not having a garage, and a cover not sticking due to the cold), they managed to get my vehicle in the very next morning, Tuesday, Jan. 10 and told me it would be done by Friday evening. Thursday, January 12, I had my Jeep back and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Dan not only came in under the estimate, but got the job done a day ahead of schedule, saving me money on my enterprise car rental. They even detailed the inside and power washed my mats. Also, Sammy at the front desk is a gem! She was incredibly kind and made the process fast and easy. I’ll never go anywhere else so long as I live in this area.

Very disappointed. This place was recommended by a friend to. Im sire they usually do good work but as for my experience i basically paid 125 dollars for my car to be swept out. My brz has a bumper gap (i should be saying had but it still does) and the right side was sticking out about a quarter of an inch. They told me they would fix it all and the entire bumper would be flush for 125. I got my car back and only the right side was fixed and they fed me bs. Instead of arguing i paid and left and am on my way to another body shop to have it done correctly. I could see in the guys face that showed me the "finished repair" and there was definately not a look of pride in the work done in his face. 125 dollars down the drain.

Just got my wifes 2013 Malibu back and I must say it looks better than before the accident. Falls Auto Body is the best around. They do what they say, they handle all the logistics with insurance and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is as smooth as silk. I recommend everyone I know to see Jon and his staff. The experience I had was outstanding, My car was done exactly when they said it would be done. The work is excellent and it looks beautiful. The staff is extremely professional and polite. I took my Kia Rio to Falls Auto Body after a major collision because my insurance company told me they are part of their network. Unlike most auto insurance networks, this just means that theyre able to speed up the process of the claim. They got it done in less than two weeks, car looked like new, and the people where great!
