I have been taken my autos to Action CarStar for the past 14 years. I have also referred quite a few friends and family to them based the excellent service I have received there. It is not just important to me that they fixed my vehicles and fix them right the first time but that they also communicated with me during the entire process on the status of the work being done and the projected completion date which was usually when originally indicated. Each and every time they also took the initiative to make arrangements to have a rental car set up for me even though this could easily have been established through my insurance company, now that was awesome. Tony and the entire staff have always been extremely pleasant.

It took them literally over a month to fix my car after the driver side door was hit while it war parked in the street. After numerous trips to the shop and leaving without my vehicle (because something wasnt fixed properly) I finally got my vehicle back. It never felt the same. Months later I come to realize that they put a door for a different model on my car. The only issues that Ive had with my car (over the course of my 5 year ownership) has been with the door that this auto-body shop "replaced." I would never recommend this place to anybody that I cared for. As a matter of fact I will never return, or recommend any Carstar locations. 0/10

Ive been to Action CARSTAR twice now and both times have had unbelievably good service. When I got in a wreck, they kept me in the loop throughout the repair process and even helped manage the insurance side. My 2nd experience, I called on a whim for an issue and they told me to swing by. An hour later I was on my way and couldnt be happier. HIGHLY recommend this place for great service.
