My 12 yr old daughter & I I took our summer vacation driving down to Florida to visit my parents from New York. I am never worried driving in our BMW 750Li 2010. The car is in mint condition. I am the second owner. We Never had any issues with the BMW. Its a great safe vehicle. I know its been getting dated but I love it so instead of buying a very expensive warranty – I was turned on to utilizing BG Fluid products. They are better than an extended warranty. Since I only had 66, plus K miles I ended up qualifying for $2,000- $4000 in warranty Rebuilding Repairs . On the way down to Florida as we passed the Carolinas, I noticed the check engine light on. The transmission felt like it was not shifting timely. I called my dad who retired near Clearwater Beach. He soothed my nerves and within 15 minutes my phone rang to my dismay it was the manager of ALLTECH Transmissions located in Pinellas County. Marco asked me a series of pre-qualifying questions and advised me to sleep over if I could Find a nice hotel. He recommended to give my vehicle a chance to cool down in case it was the transmission which he said may not be the issue; however, advised taking a precautionary approach . He also offered to tow it. (How sweet) I took his advice, Believe me – all I can say is I am so grateful to ALLTECH transmissionS. I got to their shop the next day -lucky I made an appointment b/c they are extremely busy. They prioritized my vehicle and ended up rebuilding my transmission for almost half the price of what I thought it would cost. They specialize in BMW’s -All German vehicles among others. My dad was referred by the manufacturer. My father came with me and he gave me the confidence that this place was head over heels above any other place around. We highly recommend THIS CLASSY high end boutique Transmission Repair Shop. Also I noticed they are AAA exclusive members for the Global- National – AMERICAN REBUILDERS ASSOCIATION. ATRA so if anything ever were to happen to your transmission you can take your vehicle almost anywhere free. THEY HAVE 2000-2500 locations in their network nationwide. For no Cost. Forgive the verbose review. As a New Yorker – we hear lots of horror stories down in the south. I work as a paralegal and love to post a review only if its a top notch establishment Highly recommend to friends & family – thanks Alltech Crew

My wife and I were traveling out of the country; we live in the United States, when our truck broke down in Tampa, Florida when We spotted a transmission repair shop and pulled into the lot looking for a number to contact somebody. It was Saturday most of the businesses were closed and we were pretty stressed out. I called Alltech Transmissions and Marco told me to put my key in the drop box and they would prioritize my vehicle. As I was looking around the business a vehicle pulled onto the premises and this is when I met Brian B. He did not know me, it was late Sunday evening, but he took the time to look at our vehicle and let us know that it was not a good idea to try and drive our truck and camper any further. The next morning he made arrangements with the company who originally rebuilt the transmission to allow Alltech Transmissions to provide the warranty work. I had to originate the call to the shop that would be covering the warranty but from there on he did all the legwork. I felt very well taken care of by Marco and really appreciated his honesty in letting us know what each step of the process was. We were on vacation that week and were on our way to visit my wife’s family; I asked Marco if he could recommend a rental agency. He then informed us that his secretary would rent us a car that we could use while the truck was being fixed. This was someone who I had just met for the first time a little over 12 hours ago who was wanting us to use a free rental so that we could continue on with our vacation. In my professional life I am a supervisor of technology for Hewlett Packard and I recognize quality work when I see it. The crew that he has working for him takes pride in doing the job right. My Mom is a tourist from Greece. I have an awesome 2013 Ford Escape with 78,000 miles. Suddenly my vehicle began slipping when driving above 40mph. I was referred to Alltech Transmissions by my colleague at the bank Wells Fargo. As a single mom, I live on a budget and make sound financial decisions. I had criteria in regards to who i would trust with my $36k SUV which I bought new. My first concern was finding a reputable caring transmission shop. As a bank financial advisor its my job to advise people to make sound decisions. There are numerous things I believe you should never sacrifice quality over cheap affordability products and services. This transmission rebuilding stuff is definitely an area where I want the Best quality, where the transmission shop does not cut any corners. I have seen people over the years tell me their transmission had to be rebuilt two or three times within a five-year period. I highly recommend ALLTECH transmissions as the best experience I have had in a long time. The receptionist upfront Molly is caring and personalable. The ALLTECH TEAM rented me a vehicle SO I COULD TAKE MY MOM TO DISNEY WORLD WITH THE KIDS. They only took three days to rebuild my beloved Ford Escape back to the latest factory specifications of 2017. The fact that they are ATRA certified master builders definitely was the reason I went there-they gave me a unlimited three-year warranty. The price was affordable, most important my transmission is built to last more than five years. Thank you Alltech Team

It was absolutely awful...i called them 9am on a friday they roped me in on a free tow w service and a discount told me it would be looked at that day the vehicle didnt get picked up till 2pm then they told me it wouldnt be looked at til saturday no biggie but then saturday came they told me they had been working on it couldnt figure out the problem...so it would be monday finally monday came they told me i needed 2 batteries and starter then a neutral safety swith then a throttle position cencor. They couldnt even start the vehicle the whole time i had to personally go up there and start the vehicle. They told me my break lines had leaked and killed my starter...my break lines are on the opposite end of the truck they were absolutely clueless. Tried to make me pay for 4 hrs of work when they didnt even start the car to see what was wrong with it. Anyways i took it to another shop after paying them 140.00 to do absolutely nothing turned out it was 11.00 rubber elbow i was just losing boost. These people were absolutely clueless and if u want to waste a bunch of money for them to assume what was wrong with it...rather then actually looking at it be my guest. Wasted a whole weekend due to these people. And they were kind enough to tell me if i figured out the problem they would fix it. As the owner was bashing his stripper wife (the sales person) the whole time. Absolutely disgraceful and a waste of my life. I wonder how many peiples phones they went through cuz honestly this place is a disgrace.
