POOR QUALITY OF WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went with Bob to tint my new vehicle because Id heard a lot of good things about the quality of work and what I got from him was anything but quality. Not only did he leave the inside of my car filthy but my tint has bubbles dirt and random hair stuck under it and the cuts on several windows are absurd Im talking 1/4 gaps on the sides of my windows. Ive never seen a worse professional tint job in my life. He was able to come do the job the day after i called him but when i asked him to come back and look at the issues I was having it took him about 10 days or so to get there. He offered to fix it but after hearing all of his excuses about it being "the car and the way the windows are" that caused the problem I no longer wanted him to. I asked for a refund and wanted to go elsewhere. At that point it was as if his ego was bruised and he started talking to me like a trashy teenager that wanted to fight in the parking lot after school. So at this point Im out the $250 that he charged me and Ill have to pay someone else to strip and redo it. He is so arrogant that even after doing a clearly horrible job on my car he felt the need to play tough guy and act like a child. Like I said Ive heard great things but hes clearly lost the passion for his work and certainly has no clue what customer service is.

Made in the Shade treated my home as if it were their own. The installers were SO neat & careful... We enjoy the privacy, the shade & the UV protection the tinting provides, AND at a reasonable price. Believe me, its great for your car, home or business... I would recommend Made in the Shade to anyone!
