Do NOT use this company! They are currently working in our development and trash the place. They do not clean up their debris, we have nails everywhere, chunks of tar in the grass, tarred up gloves that I guess couldnt find their way to the dumpster, insulation every where. Not only are they lazy about cleaning up their mess, the workers sit wherever provides shade for lunch and leave their to-go boxed, plastics sauce containers and chicken bones thrown everywhere. Right outside your fence! I have a puppy and a 5 year old son that can go outside until I survey it each time and make sure these lazy people didnt leave anything that would harm them. Not only are they sloppy with cleaning up, they are sloppy about their work. While they were putting up their scaffolding, they smashed our sliding glass window. The HOA in this community put in hurricane proof sliders so what is left is a huge U shaped crack. They came and took pictures, said they would take care of it. Hadnt heard anything from them in almost a month. When you call their office, a lady answers the phone and claims to just be an operator with no contact info to share with you. So all you can do is leave messages and you never receive a call back. We finally got through to our HOA and they let us know that this company refuses to take responsibility. So apparently they think that they are going to leave this 3-4 thousand dollar problem on our hands. They are scum. Do not use them.
