Reliable Roofing does not honor their warranties. RR roofed my house and gave a 5 year warranty. Within the first year my roof started leaking and RR refused to honor their warranty, claiming it wasnt their fault. The house is a single building that is one story on one half and two stories on the other half. A hip roof from the one story portion butts against the wall of the second story portion. This creates a level valley where water pools, seeps under the shingles and drains into the house. The industry standard for dealing with this is to slightly elevate the center of this level valley so the water drains off the roof and not into the house. This procedure is called a "cricket." RR failed to do this, hence the leaking. I have had two roofers and a carpenter come and independently diagnose the leak. All three stated that the leak is from this level valley and the treatment is to create a "cricket." I hired one of the roofers to create a cricket. It has rained very hard several times since and the roof has stopped leaking.

Reliable Roofing put a new roof on my home. They did a great job from start to finish. When Nick came to give us the estimate, he arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He spent more time than any of the other contractors and, in fact, did a minor repair at no cost while he was up there. The quote was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Each day the site was completely clean, which was important to me as I have four dogs and was concerned about nails and other materials being left where the dogs could be injured. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Roofing! My new roof is beautiful.

August 18, 2014: Today I met an honest businessman and Roofer. I called Todd Gordon to get an estimate to have a roof replaced on a home I have. Not knowing what the cost would be, Todd agreeded to do an estimate for me so I could do my budget. After walking the roof he informed me that " I DID NOT NEED A NEW ROOF JUST SOME REPAIRS AT 10% OF THE COST OF A NEW ROOF" LET ME REPEAT THAT ! HE DID NOT RIP ME OFF ! I guess that is why he a 1 1/2 month waiting list of people who want Todd and Nick to do their roof work. Thank you Todd.

Its rare to find the kind of service I just received from the team at Reliable Roofing. They were always easy to communicate with either on the phone, email, or coming to my house (25 minutes away from the one being worked on). Their prices were competitive, but knowing what I know after using them; I would have paid more than a cheaper bid for that kind of service. My house literally looks brand new and I couldnt even tell they were ever there. Dont waste your time or money going with anyone else because they simply wont be as good.

I had a few estimates after hurricane Mathew and picked Reliable Roofing. Todd was really thorough and very honest with the estimate. They did my roof at the end of July. They took their time and were very clean and professional every step of the way. Then a month & half later here comes hurricane Irma. No shingles blew off, everything they did was great! Todd even called me and asked if my roof was OK. If you are looking to do your roof just make one call to Todd & Nick at Reliable Roofing.

Nick and Todd, the owners of Reliable Roofing are professional , competant and there from start to finish. There was never a question of which company to use when it was time to replace our roof.Throughout the job the entire crew was polite. We were kept informed of what was happening day to day. They dont accept a down payment, in fact there is no payment due until the owner is happy with the finished product.. Kudos to these men for knowing how to run a business.

Reliable Roofing is the one to call!! These guys show their Integrity start to finish. They were on time, worked hard, and cleaned the site at the end of each day (Important to those of us with dogs!). The whole crew was clean cut and polite. The owners were working right alongside with their crew so you know quality control was in effect the entire process. Pricing is right along with the others yet this company is Truly 5 stars!!

Very pleased with the roof replacement that they did for me a few months back. The guys always answered the phone or called me back promptly, they arrived on-site early, told me their schedule, and finished 15min early again. A lot of the time it is tough to find good reliable service but these guys on top of it! Very nice and polite, explained my options, got the permit, and were on-time without any extra expenses!

These guys were very fair with their price. They tackled a 20 year issue we were having with our roof and after the three days of work, the clean was excellent. No shingles or nails in the yard. I also referred a friend to Reliable Roofing after hurricane Matthew and they gave him a very honest answer about his roof. Saying it was still in good shape when they very easily could have tried to sell him a new roof.
