I called JCB on Monday 9/7/2015. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 10 AM that Thursday. Everything seemed professional up to this point. Long story short, I took time off of work, and they never showed up for this meeting. When I finally got in touch with them at 10:35, they told me that we had to reschedule because their main guy wasnt in the area. I was told that he was busy at a commercial job on Hilton Head, and he didnt communicate this to his scheduler, who didnt know to tell me. When I (barely) complained about it on the phone, I was hung up on. TL;DR, they wasted several hours of my life, and they showed little remorse for it. Ill get my roof fixed from someone else.

I cant say enough about the professionalism and work that was completed by JCB roofing. They responded very quickly to my my request to fix a leak and loose shingles on my roof. It was apparent that the friendliness of the workers and speed for which they did the job was a company I wanted to do business with. The charges were well below other estimates. I would highly recommend and refer others to their JCB Roofing company.
