We moved into a 3 year old house that was roofed by Two Brothers per the builder. One of the panels on the metal roof came unsecured and slid 1-2 inches. I called and spoke with Frieda who was very nice and concerned. She sent a team of guys out and not only did they fix the issue, but went the extra mile and inspected the whole roof, did some additional securing as a precaution, caulked, and explained what they did, all under warranty.
