I had called at least 3-4 roofing companies for estimates. Some never even showed up or called back. City Roofing was the most professional and organized of everyone I called. They were on time for the estimate appointment as well. I have a 1923 house and the roof line is very complicated in some ares. They were able to solve some angle problems in the sense of how the water ran off the roof to prevent further leaks. The team was quiet and very organized and clean. The leader in charge of the project explained in detail what he was going to do and why he was doing that way. Never left any trash laying around etc. I was very satisfied with the work preformed as well as the service provided by the office workers. Best part I can pay with Amx and get points!

I needed a roof repair right away right before hurricane Matthew hit. Not only did City Roofing come in with a reasonable quote, they also offered the best solution in terms of longevity. The builders / workers, and administrative employees ALL exhibited firm knowledge and understanding of their roofing specialty, and were also polite and courteous. The repair process was easier than expected, and the staff went above and beyond for me regarding outside circumstances that cam about. I would recommend this company to any and everyone based on customer service alone; however my repaired roof is the main reason to brag about this company! Thanks again City Roofing!

However Joey our rep was very upfront and did not make any promises that they could not keep. Once we accepted them to redo our roof, they started the communications process. Professional and knowledgeable contractor. They keep their word and act promptly on any concern or request you may have. Also, they have an app, that keeps you informed at all times. It includes daily pictures of the work being done on your roof, also includes down loadable PDF versions of all relevent documents, and allows instantaneous communication with "all" personel involved in the process. They met all my expectations. Their services are a great "value". I would definitely recommend them.

We took our time choosing a roofing co for our reroof project. City Roofing was not the cheapest, but they came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Candy and the other team members handled things to our satisfaction. The crew guys were very polite. The house was left clean every day and we didnt need to worry about messes. The service was always professional from everyone and they delivered what was promised. We would def. recomend

Great service, all around beginning with the initial contact with office staff (Jackie) and the repair work (by Mario). The entire experience was very professional, excellent work and used materials. This company will follow up with you throughout the entire project to make sure one is satisfied. These folks do not act like a traditional roofing company but a well-oil enterprise. I have been very pleased with with the initial work and working on my next project with them.

The estimate was very fair but the person assigned to do the estimate spoke almost no English. The repair was very good and done as promised and on estimate. The roof technicians spoke no English and I could not communicate with them. I think it would be to your companies advantage to ask if the customers speak a different language than your repair people. I truly believe you could promote much better customer service if this were something you could do.

Last year City Roofing replaced an old Skylight with a new Hurricane rated Miami-Dade, theyve performed an excellent job/installation which helped me reduce my home insurance considerably, also, their follow-up is second to none. I was provided their name from someone that I work with along with someone from the dog park. Both said that they did a professional job. I called, they came out within a few days to repair my roof. I asked if they could replace one of my cracked tiles and both Jackie and the workers stated that it wouldnt be a problem and didnt even charge me for the extra work they had to do in replacing it.
