I was given a written quote by Mr Shannon Price at Premier Roofing in October after Hurricane Mathew. I then started to correspond with Mr. Price after having received his companys quote. When I asked for more information pertaining to my quote Mr.Price was forth coming and supplied this information. I spoke with Mr Price to ask some questions about roofing materials that he had sent me, he began to tell me that Premier offered more products that I was not aware of. I then asked Mr. Price to please send me hard copy of these "upgrades". He did and along with this information, he informed that the original quote was incorrect. This new quote of upgrades was followed by an aside that the original quote submitted to me in October was incorrect and the new quote was $4000. - 5,000 more expensive. After continued calls to Mr. Price as well as the home office, I have nothing. I messaged the owner of Premier Roofing, who I have yet to hear from. Price gouging after the hurricane has been consistent on Hilton Head and this company is no different. Maggie Lucchesi

I had several roofers over the past 10 years trying to fix a leak in my Grand Room. None successfully until Premier Roofing. Shannon (project manager) explained that in the past the roofers had done a bandaid fix. Although the work was much more extensive than I thought it would be, it was a job done right. They also did work to the interior (due to water damage). The roof is not only sturdy, reliable, well done, Its beautiful. After Hurricane Matthew, my insurance company did an inspection and walked my roof, I had a small (2 inch) whole where a branch had speared it. The insurance adjuster said to "get the guys who did your roof to come and fix the hole, they did a great job". Shannon sent someone out and didnt charge me for the repair since the work on the roof had been completed right before the storm. YAY! PREMIER ROOFING.

Derek Holland and his crew at Premier Roofing are the finest contractors we have encountered in our 15 years on Hilton Head Island. What Derek promises he delivers. Many years ago, Derek solved our leaking skylight problem once and for all. After losing our roof in a hail storm, he was kind enough to patch it until my wife found the "perfect" shingle with Dereks unwavering help and patience. He and his crew put on the most beautiful roof with the addition of copper valleys and copper vents. It is absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. Derek is one of the finest young men we have ever done business with since moving to Hilton Head. He is honest and forthright in all dealings. He is now insulating our attic and we are thrilled with the result.

Pulte had to repair the stucco on the side of the house. Trey came several times during this process to observe the repairs and to observe the roof and gutter situation. Premier roofing/Gutters had replaced the roof with new gutters several years ago. Down spout and gutter were removed during the repair work. The new stucco work was completed earlier this week. Trey came again to inspect the roof , downspout and gutter work. He applied caulking and made sure all was in good working order. He was very vigilant, observant and helpful in this repair process by Pulte. He recommended an inspection in 6 months. We are very pleased with his cooperation and dedication. I would certainly recommend Premier Roofing/Gutters .

Premier Roofing replaced our roof 3 years ago and did an incredible job from start to finish. Then, fast forward to Hurricane Matthew, with 7 trees through our roof, we called Derek and our home was his first stop. Derek made sure our roof was properly tarped and protected from the coming rains that night. Premier Roofing worked with our insurance company in a very timely manner and executed completely rebuilding our roof once again, to perfection. The employees of Premier Roofing take pride in their work and the end result shows! Derek and his crew built a screened in porch and reroofed my house a few years ago....The work was flawless....A few weeks ago, I discovered that I had some wood rot under my vinyl siding....I immediately thought of Derek and gave him a call late on a rainy Saturday afternoon...He came to my house Saturday evening, inspected the issue and had a crew their the following week to repair the problem....Very professional and spot on....By the way, I also had him install a gutter for a much needed drainage issue I had...Issue solved....Thanks to all the folks at Premier Roofing for their expertise, professional approach, and kind demeanor.

Some of the most amazing people i have ever met! very clean, respectful, and honest. They went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were safe and satisfied all the time. They were on time every day and didnt leave till the sun went down. Nothing but the best and even called a few times after to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. Every time i had a question or concern all i had to do was pick up the phone and call the ladies in the office were always so sweet and polite. The Hollands are wonderful people and have an amazing company! I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

Derek Hollands crew did a stellar job on our roof. Totally looks "Gangster", and we have been getting a lot of compliments from our neighbors. We were going to get basic shingles, but decided on a fancier, heavier shingle, and wow, what a difference between our shingles and standard shingles! The contrast of charcoal shingles on top of our whitish gray house, really compliments the house. We have already recommended Premier Roofing to some of our neighbors who also are thinking of a new roof.

Derek and his crew were absolutely the best. A huge tree came down on the roof in July and punched a big hole in the roof , I called Premier roofing and they were on the job the next day. Derek is very organized and very detail oriented. This was an insurance claim and Derek was very knowledgeable & helpful with this process. His first concern is taking care of his customers. Premier Roofing deserves 5 Stars! Derek Holland and his outstanding staff are reliable, honest and professional. We had some minor shingle damage from Hurricane Matthew. Premier Roofing went above and beyond by continuing to make repairs well into the night to avoid an approaching rain storm the next day.
