Every now and then over the course of many years we find a company that is committed by its mission statement that its purpose in life is to see to it that the customer always comes first. In today’s world and in many cases profit comes before all else. Well in my own experience in having RoofCrafters replace my roof; profit seemed to take second place. Having me happy because they did a first class job was more important than anything else. It seems to me that the smart owners of companies place the customers first and in the end RoofCrafters having followed that philosophy not only has become one of the predominant companies in the roofing business but is profitable as a result of putting the customer first and many of its customers are recommended by satisfied customers. Mitch Owen who has been a mainstay in Del Webb Sun City as the local customer representative for RoofCrafters lives by that creed, customers come first and that a happily satisfied customer is paramount to its success. I highly recommend them as the best roofing company in the low country. Most important should a problem ever arise in the future they will be here to take care of any future problem should one arise. They are opposite of the storm chasing roofers who appear out of nowhere and disappear once the job is done never to return or answer ones call. It’s why I highly recommend Mitch Owen of RoofCrafters and have given them 5 stars.

Manny Martell, arrived and was all about business and attacking the roofing needs we have. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a knowledgeable and experienced contractor call attention to the roofing problem he observed and subsequently explained with detailed photos. We didnt have to hear about his (years of experience or his entire life history) as many contractors are so ready to explain when called to our home. Manny was forthright, honest and showed great concern for our problem. His ability to look at and estimate the work involved and then***to print out Roof Masters Estimate from his mobile office he carries in his truck was very professional. No one ever looks forward to having to replace their roof but I can say roof crafters made it a painless experience. I called a couple different roofing places for estimates, the other companies I called had actually made me feel like I was bothering them trying to get an estimate. Roof Crafters showed up same day, very polite, the estimate fell within my budget and I was able to schedule the replacement before any of the other companies even bothered to come out. The roof is beautiful! I have had roofs replaced before and I can say 100% this was the easiest experience.

I had a roof oriented problem and a strict timeline to address the situation. Cory L. quickly arranged for a crew to make the repairs, and Justin and Tim completed the project in record time...way before my deadline. I was blown away by how efficient, courteous, helpful, and professional each one approached and completed their part of the process. I COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!! I will most definitely use RoofCrafters again and will urge anyone with roofing needs to contact them first. Thats the only contact that will be necessary.

Truly a fine roofing company. Replaced roof days earlier than they said it would be done. Cleanup was brilliant. No nails, tabs or other remains of the job. No paint or other damage. The team headed by Manny handled everything. I recommend them and certainly would use them again should the need arise. My new roof is sure to withstand another hail storm. My homeowners policy had a reduction due to the strength of this new Timberline roof.

I needed a new roof based on my insurance adjusters review. I chose Roof Crafters to do the installation. They did a great job and completed the job, to include removing the old roof, by 2 p.m. the same day. They cleaned up the mess and hauled everything away. Manny Martell was my point of contact and he always responded immediately when I called him and was on time when we had appointments.

Roof-Crafters have installed four commercial roofs for us as well as troubleshooting leaks and fixing problems on roofs that they did not install. The have always kept their word and show a great measure of competency and expertise. I would not want anyone else installing my roofs.

Good price and nice people but this is the second time in less than 6 months that they had to come back out for leaks its great they come fix them but doesnt help with the water damage that my ceiling is getting exposed to
