I was dreading the day I needed to replace my roof. I shopped around, got various estimates and came across T&S Roofing. T&S replaced my neighbors roof and the quality of work seemed very professional. I called for an estimate and met with Olman Quesada. He explained in detail the entire process of replacing my roof and answered every question my wife and I had. Once the project began the account manager assigned to my roof was Troy Davis. Troy kept my wife and I apprised on every aspect of the roof replacement via telephone calls, email correspondence and text messages. If at any point we had any issues, concerns or questions, Troy was a phone call away and always responded very professionally. T&S sent us high resolution pictures of the entire project throughout its various stages. The foreman on scene everyday was Melvin. Melvin was very nice and professional and always answered any questions we had while he was on scene. During the roof replacement process a freak thunderstorm came through my area which dumped a lot of rain at approximately 9:00PM. The roof had not been finished and was not covered because the roofing inspection was the following day. The rain seeped into the garage and into some parts of the house. T&S was not to blame, its mother nature and sometimes things like this happen. I moved furniture and personal belongings around, as well as placed buckets under the leaks to mitigate any water damage. I also called Troy that same evening. Even though Troy was off and at home he responded to my call and took care of the problem. Troy sent T&S roofers to my house and they placed tarps over the entire roof to prevent anymore water from seeping through. The workers worked late into the night during this thunderstorm. The next day, the workers were at my house early in the morning and helped clean out and dry my garage. What other company does this? T&S did not have to come to my house and place tarps on the roof in the middle of the night. T&S did not have to help dry out my garage and help me clean up any of the mess. THEY DID ANYWAY. Without a gripe, without a complaint and once they were done they asked me if anything else needed to be done. Incredible! My wife and I were very happy that they took care of us and were genuinely concerned about our home. Not to mention, my other neighbors home was also having a roof replaced at the same time. That night T&S also placed tarps on that roof as well. My wife and I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by T&S. The price of the new roof was fair and we were not left in sticker shock. The quality of the craftsmanship was also excellent. I would definitely recommend T&S Roofing to all of my friends and family. You dont find professionalism like this anymore. Its good to know that there are still good companies out there who care about your home and go out of their way for their customers. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adicionalmente, como nosotros estabamos interesados en utilizar Ygreen para financiar el proyecto, nos ayudaron para lograr conseguir la aprobacion de manera rapida y sin contratiempos. Una vez firmado el contrato y aprobados los fondos, el apoyo, la asesoria y el manejo del personal de trabajo, fue impecable. Notamos que no solo el personal administrativo era muy amable y dedicado al cliente, sino el personal de campo que trabajo en nuestro techo, siempre fueron muy profesionales, cuidadosos, atentos y muy serviciales. Realmente, recomiendo con 5 estrellas y muchas mas a T&S Roofing. Una compania que si entiende que es servir al cliente de comienzo hasta el final. Muy profesional, el trabajo que hacen es impecable. Replacing an old roof can be a difficult task to execute, because after 4-5 estimates and all coming in at almost the same price makes it really difficult, who do you use? Replacing a roof is probably the second biggest investment after the purchase of your home. After speaking to T and S roofing sales people, they explained so much about roofing and what the different types of new technologies offer. Being an engineer I was able to hone in and decipher what T and S had to offer compared to what was generally available. The expertise of presentation backed by the guarantee they offer in writing and looking at the video presentation it was a "no brainier" in choosing T and S. The price was marginally more, but peace of mind before during and after the installation was worth the small extra it cost.The guarantee is second to none. I made it a point to go on top of my roof daily during the entire process and any questions I asked along with my pictures were all answered, I looked to see and make sure that all the stated steps were done and everything was done as promised, very professional. Dealing with Troy in the office and the work crew supervisor made the experience very easy, lots of pictures were taken to document the before and after repair on the rotted wood and the repair of any structural beams in the roof truss system. Lots of question from me were quickly answered in both layman and "roof tech talk lingo". No trash or dumpster was left in front of my home, every day the trash was totally removed, very professional I would have to say. It was an overall pleasurable experience. The job did not drag on at all for any wasted time, I would say the entire process was done in 2-2 1/2 weeks as estimated by them, no glitches at all. Final inspection by Palmetto Bay was the only hold up for a few days. Customer service is very good. I would hands down recommend T and S roofing. I had a roof that was at least 26 years old and beginning to leak. I am a single mom and was nervous about loosing my house because of the expense of getting a new roof. T & S Roofing was very helpful and patient. I was able to get a quote from them as well as 3 other roofing companies. T & S was the middle of the road pricing but I felt was the most professional. The other two companies wanted ME to fit into THEIR schedule, while T & S was very accommodating. My next step was to apply for a home improvement loan through my bank. One of the things that I had to do was remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. I was stranded with no one to help. Even though I had not awarded the job to T & S and even though I didnt know if I would be able to even get the loan, T & S came out to my house to remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. This helped me provide proof to the home lenders. Once I was awarded the loan, of course I went with T & S because they went above and beyond. During the process, they kept me in the loop about budget, the projection was what was eventually the final amount. The only variable was the fashia and any repairs that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. When I originally set down with the Project Manager, I asked what this could cost. Of course he informed me of the range from several hundred to several thousand. We assessed what we think it would cost. I felt he was honest. Because I only had one leak, his projection was that we would probably need some repairs in that section. This was in fact the case. My variable cost was $750 so, I was within the budget we had projected. I was very happy with the professionalism and honesty in the company. I have posted on our neighborhood website and I feel confident recommending T & S Roofing.
