Frank Seeber roofing re-did my roof a few years ago. Not only did they do quality work at a reasonable price, they provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond what was required or even expected, to take care of me. They showed up and finished on time, and on budget. I had a problem during the process that was not their fault and explicitly written in the contract that they were under no obligation to take care of. Yet when I called the office after hours and left a message, I had at least 3 returned calls within the hour--two of them from Frank Seeber himself. They fixed the issue at no additional cost to me and made sure I was satisfied. Additionally, a year after they were done I had a leak which they came out the same day to look at it. It turns out my neighbor had the leak (I live in a townhouse) and drained into my house. They fixed the problem and didnt charge me for that either. Bottom line: I cant say enough good things about Frank Seeber and his company. They have done several homes in my neighborhood with freak results and Im sure theyll provide the same for you. I wish I could give 10 stars. The incredible service, walk-through, continual followup, allows there for a question, it feels like I was on a cruise, ahhhhhh. Im about as picky as they get and Frank Seeber Roofing has the knowledge, experience, can I say PATIENCE too make you feel comfortable and happy that you have chosen the right company to go when putting this much money out there for something as important as the most safest place for me. And that is my home. Thank you Audrey and Frank, from the first day Frank spent talking to me about the process, and just being there, to Audreys patience and continual followup, to getting me and my other half prepared for every stage of the process, was exactly what I needed and something I did not expect. I can learn something from the owners and will carry into my business as well. The owners hearts and souls are into their business and they CARE!

The office staff was great, they were polite and worked very well with my busy schedule.
