I have had a relationship with Issacs Roofing for well over a decade, -having them perform minor repairs on my Spanish tile roof. Unfortunately for me, my number was up and it came time to replace my entire roof. I knew that this was going to be an expensive and extensive undertaking, so I decided to interview several different roofing companies for the job. After a thorough analysis, - comparing and contrasting over six different bids from local roofing companies, I chose my original, tried and true company to perform the work: Issacs Roofing. Stan was the manager on-call and on-site throughout project. The workmen were non-stop, - working proficiently, neatly, and each man seemed very capable in their specific tasks. The job-site was cleaned up each day, - and this was important to me because my home is flanked by a swimming pool on one side of the house and a large fish-pond on the other side. What I found most interesting and impressive is this: during my research and interviews with the various roofing companies, I came to realize that just like so many other industries and professions, - roofing has also evolved and there are new techniques and materials that are out there. Issacs Roofing takes it upon themselves to keep current with all of the advances that are newer, better, and more effective in producing a water-tight and aesthetic result. Most of all, Stans oversight of his crew and the job itself was exemplary. Stan is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows his business. He addressed any and all issues throughout the entire process, and I couldnt have been happier with the result. I offer a heartfelt thank you to Stan and his crew, - and I proudly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality, state-oftheart work at a fair price.

HI My Name is Zobeida Castillo, I been trying to contact your company for the last week and half which i dont have time to be chasing you due to an open permit that was supposed to be close like 13 years ago when you did my roof, now i can understand we could have been an oversight now that I am trying to pull another permit i can not, being delay for your non responsiveness to my email and calls is unacceptable at this point so please govern yourself accordingly, I have spoke to Hanna in your office who is very professional by the way, but Liz has not reply to my email or calls!! I have edited my review on this company after i posted this review and send another email- the owner contacted me and implied that since they could not found any record of work done in my house, someone could have use his license to open a permit in my house, : I was shocked of what he implied" asked for records, which i dont have at this point. He could have at least acknowledged the uncomfortable situation, I decided to end communication at that point, a couple of days later the person whos license had originally pulled that permit contacted me, He was very professional, friendly and apologetic on to what had happen and immediately proceed to follow thru and close my permit so thanks Issac Roofing thats how business should be handle from the get go!! And to add i really like the job you did on my house was great, no complain there it was the handling of this issue that got me to put a review here, unfortunately I can not removed like Liz asked on her email but I have edited my comments and revised the rating which will help your reputation!!

I originally hired Isaacs in early 2015 to replace the small flat roof section of my roof. I received several bids on the job and Isaacs price was fair, and I got the best impression from them, so we chose them. They did not disappoint--they did an excellent job. I then hired them again when my main roof needed to be replaced at the end of 2015. Again, absolutely superb job and customer service. I was so impressed with their cleanliness, professionalism and timeliness. We then hired Isaacs for a third time at the end of 2016 to replace our windows and doors with impact. Again, we received several bids and ultimately chose Isaacs because their prices were fair and we knew their work would be high quality. They lived up to and exceeded expectations again. Stan was our project manager for all three jobs and his level of service is unmatched. He truly goes above and beyond. I will use them again for any future projects and will most certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I just had my roof done by Isaacs Roofing. I am so happy. They corrected the design mistakes made by the architect that made the first roof fail by holding water . I have to say that I am impressed by his crew. They were polite and very helpful. They took great care with my property and with my landscaping. When they finished, they took every little scrap. I did not find a cigarette butt, a bottle cap or anything to suggest that they had even been here. Isaac is a real gentleman and he obviously only hires quality employees. He was recommended to me by an owner of several commercial properties. Isaac has always stood behind his work and been able to correct unusual roofing issues for him. My new roof is really beautiful! We are incredibly impressed with every aspect of Isaacs Roofing. From quality of work, sense or urgency, professionalism, & communication-- they are amazing and a true joy to work with. They were even so helpful and patient with us when we were trying to pick out a tile. They replaced our post-Andrew tile roof with a new clay barrel roof tile and it looks beautiful. It recently survived hurricane Irma (Sept. 17) without a single hitch! So glad we chose Isaacs. And Stan... you are the man! Thanks for everything.
