I cant say enough good things about Heights Roofing. I hired them to conduct a Roof Inspection. It was a breeze to schedule the appointment and they had great availability for appointments. The inspector was punctual and super informative. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and really enjoys what he is doing. I had gotten similar inspection with another company when I first purchased my home 15 years ago. The report was bare-coned and had incorrect information. Not so with Heights Roofing. The Roof Inspection report was so thorough. I defiantly feel that I got my money’s worth. You will not go wrong using Heights Roofing. Beyond all my expectations! Israel is a wealth of knowledge and efficiency at its best! You get what you pay for and even more with Heights Roofing. The quality of service Israel provides and the thoroughness he delivers is immeasurable? Worth every penny and can’t wait to recommend Heights Roofing to family and friends. My name is Joan Bernaza I am currently doing my roof with Heights Roofing at 9365 SW 41 Ter and its the biggest mistake I have ever made. I am 80 years old and live alone and I feel taken advantage of. My original contract amount is for $5100 and now they gave me a wood bill change order for $7500 totaling $12,600!!! When I asked Hector, the foreman for an itemized wood bill, he refused and simply said too late, you signed the change order. I dont know what to do or if theyre going to charge me more. The original contract said $60 per man hour for wood replacement, yet they seem to have made up the $7500 figure and refuse to cooperate in good business practice and simply said "if its too much then get someone else to do it, we have enough business!" Horrible experience and I wish I could go back in time.

Unprofessional, was scheduled for 8am-9am, called 9am day of to be told they couldnt make it until afternoon. Once they arrived I was told I would get a phone call that day or tomorrow, never got that call. My contract was sent via email two days later. with no phone call still. I was not able to get in contact with anyone from the office for 2 days. The day of roof repair, I receive a call postponing repair for another week. Difficult to get in contact with, and difficult to work with. I believe all the 5 stars rating is the company writing their own, or the few and far in between that get good service.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOLD ME HE WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 8 AND 830AM, SHOWED UP AT 9AM. THAN TOLD ME THE ESTIMATE WOULD BE EMAILED TO ME BEFORE NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS FINISHED. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. IVE CALLED THEM TWICE AND ALL THEM SEEM TO DO IS GIVE ME RUN AROUNDS. SORRY SIR YOUR ESTIMATE WASNT GIVEN TO ME YET. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. YOU GET A F- IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I called on a Friday to get a free estimate and was told by Tuesday I would have the estimate in my email. I called Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and still no estimate and no call back. Finally on Friday I get a call back from Peter telling me he would go out and do the estimate himself and get back to be as soon as he was done. Needless to say Im still waiting. Terrible service!!!!!
