We had Istueta Roofing do our roof about seven years ago. After about 5 years we started to have leaks and after researching the issue found that we had chosen a shingle product from the Atlas corporation that had a defect in its manufacturing. After a lot of paper work we received some partial compensation from Atlas and Istueta worked with us regarding the redoing of our work even though they were not directly responsible. Although we have spent more than wanted to we are glad that we are going with a company that didnt leave us in the dust and made an effort to assist us with our particular situation.

Im looking a roofing company to replace my roof and I call you but the appoinment for doing the estimated is in TWO WEEKS and it has to be before 4:30 PM!!! I dont understand, must of the people work out of their home, in my case the appoinment has to be after 5:30 pm and two weeks is too much time only for an estimate... Ill continue looking for another roofing company, thanks

Istueta made a proposal that unfortunately was not as competitive as other companies. In the future, it could be beneficial to perhaps communicate to the costumer, that the company will make an attempt to determine if theres anything that can be considered. In the positive side, the product was presented very well, salesman was well versed in the roofing industry.

My experience couldnt have been better. All of Istuetas employees are true gentlemen, from the person in charge to the workers. The schedule was kept as promised, the surroundings were all left clean every day , and the roof turned out perfect. I highly recommend Istueta for your roofing needs.
