Still waiting for an estimate almost 1 week later. Estimator advised I would have an email that same day. I realize that the job on my roof is a very small job but their behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have left two messages for the estimator and he has not returned my calls nor sent me an estimate via email. Now, I refuse to do business with this company and its their loss because we will be expanding and replacing our roof in the next year.

I am very unhappy with the service and the results from Zroofing! I do not recommend zroofing! I am contemplating complaints to the State of Florida against their license and legal action against zroofing. Additionally, the warranty is for 10 years, but I have brought a warranty issue to them on several occasions within one year and they have not responded. I gave Zroofing one star because I could not give -10 stars.

Honest and reliable! Gus came out and did a full inspection and gave me the lowest estimate out of everyone I had asked. They re did our entire roof and did an amazing job! It was stress free!
