My experience with Florida Quality Roofing was wonderful from beginning to end. I went under contract with my Florida house while I was still living over 3,000 miles away. The inspection revealed the 36 year old roof was at end of life, and the seller wasnt going to touch it. No insurance company would insure me without a new roof, and the mortgage company would not finance me without insurance! Meanwhile, I was travelling across the country and had no cellphone for a period due to Note7 issues, sigh. Stella and her team worked with me through all this, and continued to simultaneously maintain contact and be patient while I closed on the house and submitted my tile selection to the Home Owners Association (we needed to wait for them to meet, and wait two more weeks until they were able to get back to me with their approval). Finally, work was able to begin! FQR met with me beforehand so I knew what to expect, and met with me after to wrap it all up. The crew was quick, courteous and tidy. My roof is beautiful...neighbors have been by to see who did such a quick and lovely job! This company gave me 100% and gets an A+!

As a licensed GC, I have used several different roofing contractors over the years, and none have been more professional or reliable than Florida Quality Roofing. I recently called them to do a re-roof on a property in West Palm Beach. The owner showed up himself to do the estimate, he emailed me a very detailed proposal within 24 hours, and once I gave him the green light to start the job, his team in the office started processing the permit application right away. Their crew of workers were uniformed guys that were clearly insured and on their payroll, not a bunch of day laborers that were picked up in front of Home Depot, like I have seen with other roofing companies. Also, their workers used all the proper safety harnesses, lanyards, etc., and they passed all the inspections the first time. I definitely plan on using them again. Matt Rosen MGRV, Inc. From our yard we could see some buckling in one area of our roof, so to be safe we asked Florida Quality Roofing to come out and inspect. We were hoping it wasnt anything major. After Hermon completed his inspection he showed us the photos he took of all the major issues and explained in detail the problem and the solution. I thought he was very thorough, knowledgable and personable. Even though there was far more damage than we expected or hoped, we were relieved we could avoid future costly damage to the roof and house and that they warranty their work. I trust Hermon and his team will do a professional job with the repairs, and when I found out that this is a family business and Hermon is a 2nd generation roofer I felt even better about our decision to use him.

Very professional from the first contact to the last. Package of info on signing contract had copies all licensing and insurance. E-mails kept us up to date on status of events before and during work. Pictures were sent to document all wood damage and pictures of project progress were also provided. Three days and two hours on a Saturday and the job was done and ready for final inspection. They took extra care to protect our property and clean up every day to make sure no debris was left behind. We even got a surprise gift for our cat who was in the house during the project.
