DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TRY AND SHORTCUT THE WORK TELLING ME THEY FIXED THE LEAK WHEN I KNOW THEY DIDNT AS I WAS HOME WHEN THEY CAME BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW. Got a quote for 3 leaks in roof (March 2015), two were fixed fine but another one was not. The one which was not fixed properly they came back out Nov 2015 to "refix" that one spot. April 2017 same spot is leaking again. It was fine after the first round, but then in November 2015 when we had heavy rains the same spot that they supposedly fixed leaked again. I called them up and they came on to get it repaired as it was still under the 1 year warranty. I was at home when they came, they showed up at 10AM, I was in my office and then I heard the van leave at 10:10 AM. I called back Presto office to ask them what happened, if they went to get parts or something, the dispatcher said he would check, then called me back shortly after saying they fixed the issue. I told him thats surprising as I was there the entire time and didnt hear any ladder being put up and was very surprised that they could have fixed a leak on a two story house in 10 minutes. The dispatcher again told me his guys said they fixed it. So they are the professionals so I take their word for it. Sure enough April 2017 its leaking again(yes its over a year later) but the truth is we really didnt have any real rain storms for a while and the roof only leaked when it was heavy rains. I called up Presto and spoke to owner and explained the whole story so he sent his guys out to do an assesment, sure enough its the same price as if i was doing a brand new fix $890 for the repair (I paid $2200 to fix 3 back in March 2015 so really is a bit more than a regular fix). The truth is if they had not done any work on it before, its not a bad price but considering the circumstance I would have expected some type of reduction. I again explained to the owner that usually from all the other quotes I got and work that i have gotten done on my roof before when they fix a leak they usually open up a 4-5 foot radius around on the area just to double check, and he concurred, so then when he said this was a new spot which is why its priced like a new fix, I asked him if he saw the estimate which clearly has this "new" spot within 2 feet of the area that they supposedly fixed twice, he clearly side stepped that question and just told me he has to trust his estimator and I am not a professional (which I told him i fully agree) but I am just using some common sense to see that its not making sense. Either way, long story, but they wont fix what they should have fixed in the first place, i even told the owner by no means am I looking to get this free, but just a fair price, which he told me I am looking to get it free (great business practice telling the customer what he is thinking). So I will have to get another company to get this fixed when I already paid Presto to do work which they didnt do a good job on.

BEWARE!!! I contacted Presto Roofing a month ago for a small leak. My first appointment for an estimate was a no show, with no call to inform me that because it was raining in Dade County, their guys went home without informing their appointments for the day. After a month of going back & forth with Adolfo, I finally got a revised agreement of which I signed and sent back. I got a CALL from Carlos, who informed me that they would be by the next morning, but first he had to pick up my check the day before. I asked if I could give it to them when they show, BEFORE they start the work. He said he understood & said it was no problem (even offered for me to give it to him after they finished the job). After waiting the next day for 2 hours, I reached out to Adolfo who said it was me who postponed my appointment. His guy told him he showed up to my house and I had refused to give him a check (not true, we only had the phone conversation and he gave me the ok for giving the check the next day). Adolfo continued to insult me, saying I obviously had a problem with writing a check. You would think that instead of cancelling or "postponing" my appointment, Adolfo would have the decency to call me if there was a problem. Poor communication+lack of respect+poor management! Glad I didnt agree for them to pick up the money beforehand, my initial gut feeling and the way this was handled makes me wonder if they would have ever showed up after taking my money.

Presto Roofing was absolutely amazing to work with on the replacement of three flat roofs and installation of a skylight. They are true perfectionists. At the end of the project, a gutter was slightly damaged (which was not noticeable to my wife or me). Presto actually brought it to our attention and replaced it. This shows what type of company this is, which you do not see often in Miami . Presto symbolizes honesty, integrity, and hard work.

I Appriceiate Their Honesty and Straight Forwardness Ive used their service 10 years ago to re-roof my house. After 9 long years I contacted them thinking it was time to re-roof again once i got a leak and Henry told me that I dont need to replace the roof just yet. They Fixed the Leak quickly that same day! I 100% recommend Presto if you need a Pro when it comes to roofing in just a day I never expected that they can finish Installing our New Roof. I went up to see how they work and it was absolutely Professional and Fast plus they will also give you some tips and advice on maintaining the toughness the roof. Thanks Guys you know who you are!

Do yourself a favor and look for another roofing company. My apartment got flooded 3 times in a row after they "fixed" the roof 3 times, that according to them was fine in the first place. The roofers are rude and the owner was not helpful at all. There are thousands of roofing companies out there, just stay away from this guys

I was very happy with the work done at my roof. While it was difficult to deal with other contractors in recent experiences, i was able to speak with the owner of the company directly. It is obvious that they have a great customer service focus. I wont be looking any further in the future for an honest contractor.

I Found Them Online then I called them. Adolfo is a good man and very professional. When it comes to replacing the roof, his staff is polite and well trained. My shingles were replaced in just a day. I also noticed the quality of the work is awesome! Well done! Thanks Presto Roof!

I called them after seeing them online the I hired them to do the job .All I can say is I am very satisfied with the quality work of Presto Roofing. Very Fair when it comes to pricing. The receptionist is very courteous and efficient. Job well done!
