I needed a new sloped and flat roof for my home. I considered four roofing companies and they all provided project estimates. A-1 was not the cheapest; however, they provided the most detailed contract stating all that they were going to do. They were very professional in my interview and answered all my questions. I worked with Mr. Richard Amador who is their Sales Manager. He was excellent. They did all that they promised in the contract. I was very satisfied with the overall project and was very happy with the outcome. I recommend them strongly to re-roof your home. Everything went according to my expectations and according to what they said they were going to do. The roof in my home looks great. The GAF inspector said that A-1 did a great job, very well done. They started the job on Wednesday 2/11/2015 and took off the sloped roof in two days and started preparing the sloped roof for installing the new shingles. On Friday 2/13 a second crew came in and they took off the old flat roof and installed a new flat roof on the same day. Rodolfo was the site manager for the first part of the work and he did a great job. We did encounter a problem in re-nailing a portion of the sheathing where they missed hitting some of the beams over a section over the garage. However, once they realized the problem,they corrected it on Monday by removing the missed nails and re-nailing where they had missed. They corrected the problem right away which took some five hours to do. I give them a lot of credit for immediately correcting the problem without coming up with excuses. Great follow up. On 2 /16 and 2/17 they finished preparing the sloped roof for final installation of the new shingles. They replaced all of the rotten wood, (which was not a lot), installed all the vents, did the transitions in the valleys, and got the sloped roof ready for installing the new shingles. On Wednesday it rained so they were not able to work. However, each day they finished all that they could do and still have the roof covered in case of rain. On Thursday a new crew came in to nail in the new shingles. Melvin was the site manager for this part of the work with Pablo and William. They finished the job on Monday morning the 23rd. They took 7 1/2 days to complete the entire job. I was very happy with the attention to detail. They protected the A/C units and plants around the house. No damage was done. Each day they cleaned the area. Just before finishing the job, Mr. Yosvany Madruga who is the owner of the company came by to inspect the work. I met him and we discussed how the installation went. Again excellent job. A few days later Richard Amador came to deliver the final inspection report, the warranties and of course to obtain their final payment. A-1 Property Services Inc. is very good! I recommend them strongly.

We recently hired A-1 Property Services to install a new roof at our home. We met with two other roofing contractors prior to meeting with Geo Madruga from A-1 Property. Geo was the first estimator that clearly explained the benefits of our selected roof system and took the time to showcase other similar jobs that they had recently completed near our home. Overall it was a very positive experience from beginning to end. A-1 exceeded our expectations and also impressed us with their quality workmanship. The professionalism that the project manager/staff maintained throughout the project was awesome and most importantly the new roof was completed on time with no surprises. A-1 Property is a true professional roofing contractor which we have already recommended to our neighbors and friends. We plan on hiring A-1 Property to evaluate the roof for other commercial and residential properties that we own.

Ricky was the sales rep who was introduced to me thru a highly respected GC on the island of Palm Beach. He was knowledgeable on many levels of the different systems being used. He was very optimistic about getting the job done in a timely manner and his demeanor made it very easy to work with him. He replaced an existing stone roof deck that had been leaking and for years apparently. His price was very competitive and the finished job took a little longer than proposed but it was during the holiday season which is not uncommon. He is extremely hard working, very responsive, and good at what he does. i highly recommend his work.
