To start with, it took Code Red Roofers a full month after I paid the deposit to get started on the project. Not a big deal. My main concern was that I did not want to have the roof removed, then sit without a roof because of a neighbors bad experience. I was assured it was a simple two day job. So, when the job was finally started, the old roof was removed, and the underlayment was put down in one day. Then I was told there was a problem getting the materials. What? Why would they even start if they did not have the materials after taking my deposit a month earlier? That made no sense to me. I was assured with the underlayment down, there would be no water leaking. Then when the materials were delivered two days later, I called to make sure they knew the materials were ready. I was told they would work Saturday if necessary to get the roof on. Then after, no word by Friday, I called to find out if they were going to work Saturday. Nope, they would be here Monday to finish the job. Monday morning (day six without a roof), I climbed up into the attic and saw spots on the insulation where water had been dripping down. I showed them the water spots, and they said it was no big deal, just a small leak. Being they left the roof off like I asked them not to, I asked that they pay for a professional inspection of the 30% of the attic that you need to be a contortionist to get into. They were not interested in doing that, but assured me that there was no way there was any additional water in the attic, just like they assured me there would be none in the first place. Granted, what my untrained eye saw was only small drips of water which only pooled on a 2x4 and dripped down on the insulation. It was only enough to penetrate halfway thru the insulation, but I was assured there would be no water getting thru the underlayment. To me there is a huge difference between none and a little bit. I will have to pay for an inspection out of my own pocket in order to have peace of mind that there is not water damage somewhere else in the attic. To make things worse, when I was discussing the leak issue with the manager, I noticed that the roof was being installed without the ridge vent. They had to run and get a ridge vent because someone had forgot to order it with the rest of the materials, and the installers did not know they were supposed to be installing one. In the end the roof looks beautiful and it is awaiting final inspection. But, the process left much to be desired. I feel like Code Red is a decent company who has a few issues they need to straighten out.

We experienced a fairly serious roof leak which was damaging the garage ceiling and connected structure. Code Red came out immediately to estimate a repair, and since the roof is now 20 yrs old, the Code Red Inspector looked over the entire roof for indications of other issues. We are glad that he did, as he showed us two other areas where the same type of evidence of roof failure was occurring, enabling a repairs there, BEFORE the damage proceeded to the water leak/resulting damage phase.Preventive maintenance is always cheaper. Additionally, there were five tiles that were cracked and needed repair. 10 days later the repair team showed up on schedule and effected the repair, being sure to show us the damaged underlayment that they had to replace in each area. The team worked efficiently, worked well together, obviously knew what they were doing, and had brought all the tools and materials with them. The Inspection and Pricing for this extensive repair was expert and fair, the work was done by professionals and on schedule. Code Red has their act together

If you’re in the market for a new roof I would highly recommend Code Red Roofers in Stuart FL. They are experienced roofing professionals who are diligent and friendly. It had been raining for days so my start day was bumped on the schedule but the office called us every day to inform us of where we were at and really kept us informed throughout the whole process. I have been in the construction industry for many years and CRR was by far the most pleasant and organized company I have dealt with. I had my new tile roof installed last month at my Palm City home and it looks great!

Code Red Roofers replaced the roof on my Dads home. They showed up on time! They tore-off the old roof and were able to waterproof the house, all in the same day! They replaced the shingle roof with a metal roof. The metal roof reflects the heat much better, it lowers the homeowners insurance premium, and it looks great! I would recommend Code Red Roofers to everyone. When all is said and done, you will be more than satisfied. They will call you after the roof is done, to make sure!

Horrible, they contracted to do a job on a certain date, they never showed up,they call the next day while it was pouring rain with more water damage by the second, said they would be there the next day, never showed up, more damage, but they had their 50% deposit from me so they could care less. They finally showed up, did a horrible job, I had to call another roofer to complete the job. If you have a roof issue call anyone but code red!

I called Code Red for an estimate on a new roof on the advice of a very good friend. After 3 weeks of waiting for them to get back to me, I called to touch base with them. Tommy said that he was not interested in helping me with my roof. I told him that if they did not want the job that was fine but there was absolutely no excuse to not call me and let me know their decision. Sadly, I could never recommend this company. Kenneth York

Worst service ever. They promise you that they will show up to your house, but they never do, they make you wait for hours. They make you take off from work and wait for them, but they still do not show. Here is my advise, pick someone else who would respect your time and not take your money without fixing anything. Horrible experience overall.

They provided answers for all of our questions and made sure we didnt have any concerns on the work being done to our roof.
