We have definitely been impressed with the professional manner they handled-our job from each and every employee. They went beyond our expectations on the quality job they did for us. They especially took care of covering our driveway and landscape so it would not be damaged. Each day we had a update on progress and it was done in a very timely manner. i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ON SHORE ROOF FOR NEW ROOF I ACTUALLY PRICE ALL OVER TOWN AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND EVEN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, JOE THE OWNER WAS NOT ONLY HAD GREAT COMMUNICATIONS DEALING STEP BY STEP OF WHAT WAS GETTING DONE AND TIME FRAME. THE CREW WAS GREAT KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN AND MOST OF ALL QUICK I HAD MY NEW METAL ROOF INSTALLED IN LESS THAN 6 DAYS AFTER GETTING PERMITS. GREAT COMPANY AND BEST OF ALL LOCAL FAMILY OWNED

Horrible customer service. Waited a week for someone to come out to look at my roof said i didnt have to be home. Still waiting on estimate ive called for 4 days just for someone to tell me my roof isnt damaged. Clearly this company needs to do better. I have damages from the hurricane that u can see from the streets w/ o getting a ladder. Complete waste of time
