What a wonderful company to work with!!! Earl W. Johnston Roofing far exceeded my expectations! The company is very organized and extremely professional. Mike was my sales manager and was very patient, explained everything in detail, and was a pleasure to work with. Meg in the office was very friendly and kept me informed throughout the project. The foreman, Sam was also very knowledgeable and very pleasant. One thing that impressed me was how the workers worked together as a team!! They were fast, efficient, and very customer oriented. Rick was also very informative, explaining everything so that it made sense to us. I am very happy with my new roof and am glad I choose this company to do this job! When I bought my house in Miramar, the previous owner was required to put on a new roof under the contract. He hired Earl W Johnston Roofing, then in a few months the rain started and the roof had 4 severe leaks. I called Earl W Johnston Roofing and told them I have a 20 year warranty, but they said that they listed the warranty under the sellers name and my warranty was no good and not transferable. These A-holes do not stand behind there work, I hired another roofer to come fix the leaks, he said that Earl W Johnston Roofing improperly built the channels in the roof, failing to put in required aluminum gutters under the asphalt tiles, so water destroyed my interior. DO NOT trust this company if you care at all about your house....! They SUCK....!

I did my research. I had 5 different roof companies quoted for my entire roof replacement. We had lower and higher prices. The products use by all the company were similar. But what it really makes the different a to us was the customer service that we received from every single person that we had to talk at this company. From the sales person who explains everything to us (Walter), the owner who came to confirm the work site and the work order (Earl), the logistics (Meg) and all the crew that was here the day of the job. The cleaning of the site was impeccable. I am recommending this company to everyone! One of the best contractors that I had worked with in South Florida!

Amazing craftsmanship that inspires confidence! I was lucky enough to have my roof done by Johnston Roofing as a recent winer of No Roof Left Behind. My roof was in terrible disrepair and Johnston Roofing managed to replace the roof quickly and efficiently. I have been a home owner for 25 years and I have had much work done on the this old house. My home was built in the 1920s so most of the contractors that have tackled the job didnt give me the impression that they knew how to work on older structures. Working with Johnston Roofing I felt confident that not only was the job done right but they knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend their work.

The worst company ever!!!!! I just buy a house and after few days, I had several leaks. I called Earl W Johnson Roofing Inc and they told me the warranty is not transferable( its not true, if you check the policy is within 30 days after the closing and I was in time), after they needed the transfer was done by the previous owner, but finally they needed the do a inspection of the roof and to pay some fees.... All the excuses possible they used to not transfer the warranty. So if you dont have time to waste and you love your house, please find a other company than Earl W Johnston Roofing for your roof.

Repair done 04/14 leaking now. Guarantee of repair is 12 months so I have to spend another $1000.00 to repair. No thank you! Avoid at all costs. Going to use Lyons roofing. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for! Ok so update on first review. Gave the company the opportunity to come out and "make good". Mike came out and the attitude was "You liked our price, the contract states one year guarantee and thats what you got. Its not our fault the roof is leaking." So needless to say the company did nothing to salvage its reputation. First review stands. STAY AWAY!!

Being the one that usually has to intervene when she’s not happy, I’m extremely grateful that I was able to enjoy my vacation in Maine without any worries about what was happening in Hollywood. From the permitting, to the scheduling, timeliness, cleanliness, quality of work and coming within budget, I highly recommend this roofing contractor.

I am very happy with my new roof. I recently purchased the warehouse I was renting for years, and I knew the roof needed to be replaced. I have done work with Earl Johnston roofing in the past and didnt hesitate to call them over. They were able to get the old roof off and the new roof one on faster than I expected and they did great work. Now I dont have to worry about leaks for a long time.
