Terrible experience. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. We had a complete re-roof done on our home in 2011, 6 short years ago by Lyons Roofing; the average life span of a new roof is 20-30 years and after 6, we are already have a roof leak. Lyons roofing offers a 10 year warranty for all re-roofing services that they do; therefore, we thought we would be covered under warranty to have our roof repaired. Alex came out to "inspect" our leak, he sprayed water for 30 minutes over the area of the roof that had been leaking and no water was coming through. His first response was "it is definitely not the roof" he stated that he had put in the flashing so he is positive that the roof is not the reason for water penetration into our home. Then he proceeded to come up with every and any excuse as to why Lyons roofing cannot repair our leak: "we have been abusing our roof with chlorine which has caused erosion" so now its our fault that we have a roof leak? But wait Alex? I thought it DEFINITELY wasnt the roof that was the problem?; then he went on to say that the reason that Lyons cannot repair the leak is because we were not the owners of the home at the time the re-roof was done, he stated "why should we repair your roof when you havent spent a penny with our company". We also spoke with the owner Jack Lyons who yelled and screamed like a little girl and then hung up the phone on us! Can you say HORRENDOUS customer service?! All I can say is that I am scared for hurricane season in south Florida, as the work they did on our roof was far from quality; it only took 6 years for a leak to occur after they replaced our roof. I am scared to see the future of our home because of Lyons roofing poor quality work.

I bought a house with some minor roofing discrepancies but also something that I needed to get done right away due to the fact I did not want additional problems arising down the road. A gentleman named Alex came to give me an estimate, and explained everything in detail about what he found on the roof and what they would do to fix it. I accepted the proposal, they called me 4 days later to schedule me for the following day, and Lyons came to complete the repairs while I was at work and I simply called in to make payment. It was a very stress free process from start to finish, not to mention the price was extremely reasonable and that helped my case quite a bit! all in all, I would absolutely recommend Lyons roofing! Very professional service.

The owner Jack Lyons, is absolutely wonderful! He has gone above and beyond to help me take care of my 11 year old roof, with leaks, and came back right away, whenever I call. His staff, especially Jackie his receptionist is just Beautiful, as kind as can be. All the guys that have helped me are so professional, and on the ball, hard working and kind as well. Thank you so much for your great service, knowledge and deals, I cant say enough good about your company, staff and yourself.
