I worked with the company on two occasions by now and I am always very satisfied with the service and quality of work (very hard to come by among Miami contractors!). Theyve repaired all broken tiles and resealed section of the roof close to a chimney for me the first time. Second theyve recommended and laid down an IB Roof System on two of my flat roofs, with which I am very happy with. The prices are fair, their turnarounds very quick and estimates on time frames pretty accurate. The supervisor can explain what needs to be done and why in a very easy to understand way (even for completely non-techy people) and makes you comfortable and secure in the repairs/improvements you are making to your property. They also take care of all the permitting and make sure all is done up to code and beyond. What I especially appreciate in addition to the above, is that they always pick up their phone or respond to voice mails/ texts/ emails in a timely fashion. I have them on speed dial for all my roofing needs! Real rare pleasure to work with.

We had our entire flat roof re-roofed in December 2016 by Affordable Contractors. We chose a flat roofing system from IB Roof systems - a company that offers a lifetime warranty, and they were the ones to recommend Affordable to me. Koby was my direct contact, and I have to say, I am yet to meet a more professional contractor in my life. Kobys communication and attention to quality was amazing both before and after the "sale". I didnt think a hassle free, high quality roofing job was possible, but thats what Koby delivered! He made permitting and inspection happen so smoothly, and even shared videos of the roof getting done, explaining how he was taking care of quality control during the process. I would be happy to recommend Koby / Affordable Contractors to anyone without reservation. A customer for life!

Excellent Job - Miami Roofing. I hired Affordable Contractors to reroof my house in Miami, which was old and had many leaks. They were 5 stars all the way! The entire old roof was removed and all the bad wood was replaced. They put down new lifetime dimensional shingles and an all white thermoplastic flat roof. The labor and material warranties provided are great. With the added ventilation and energy star flat roof, my home should be cooler in the brutal Florida heat. My new roof looks great and I have no more leaks. They were also very professional and thorough leaving everything clean and neat. I would recommend Affordable Contractors to anyone needing a quality roofing company.

It took a lot of calls and "weeding-out" of several other roofing companies before I found Affordable Roofing. After my experience with this company, I would never consider using anyone else. Kobe was very knowledgable about the different products and installation techniques with respect to my application. They installed a single-ply roofing system on my rental house and detached studio apt. Low sloped roofs are often installed (and repaired) incorrectly. I could tell after my first conversation with Kobe that these guys were true professionals who take pride in doing a quality job. The installation went without a hitch and the price was fair. I am a happy customer.

I am an out of town landlord . Affordable came out on an emergency roof leak. Supervisor & crew immediately located the trouble areas and proceeded to repair and replace roof damage. This repair was completed professionally & at a fair price. The tenant was completely satisfied with the repairs. After several weeks of huge rainstorms the roof no longer leaks and Affordable replaced the roof tiles for a permanent repair. Affordable never pressured me into purchasing a new roof even knowing as an out of town landlord this would be an easy sell. The roof may not have had many years of life left, but the repair surely extended its life.

I was referred to Affordable Contractors by a friend who had used them on a couple of occasions and was very pleased with them, so I felt good trying them out for myself. I actually got much more than bargained for. Koby is fantastic! From our initial conversation through our final inspection, he was accessible, communicative, professional and always fair in his dealings with me. Their pricing is also very fair. Our project was sizable, as we had to replace an entire roof on an older home. I have since used Affordable on other projects and have made them our "go to" roofing vendor. I highly recommend them!

Affordable Roofing was extremely responsive and timely from the initial point of contact to the completion of the work. They were honest in their dealings with me, offered options for the repairs I needed, did not try to sell me more than I needed and took time to explain everything needed to be done. The owner, Kobi, returned every call and text message, his workers did as well and sent me photos as the work progressed. The pricing was reasonable and the work was more than satisfactory. They left the grounds clean and followed up with me after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

Unforgettable experience with Koby youre a true humanitarian. Koby gave great advice concerning our roof that was damage during Hurricane Irma. The professional attitude while educating use on the option regarding our roof replacement. They did a detail video of our damaged roof by the way its only seven years old looks are deceiving, Koby again reviewed in detail his finding. Were very disappointed after reviewing the video seeing the devastation barrel tiles missing thrown over the roof a homeowners worst nightmare. However, Koby informed us on the best course of action. We just had a new roof installed by Affordable Contractors and we couldnt be happier. From the initial estimate to making sure that we were 100% satisfied with the job at completion, Kobe was there at every turn, insuring that we understood each step of the process and that everything was done perfectly. The job was finished in the exact amount of time we were told it would take and when they packed up and left, the entire property was spotless. You couldnt tell that a major reconstruction job had just been completed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of roof work. A++

I had two separate roof leaks that mystified contractors and cost me lots of money, but the leaks remained. Koby (Affordable Contractors) was recommended to me by a neighbor that spoke highly about Koby(owner). Koby quoted me a price and said it would take 1 hour to complete the job. After 4 hours Koby told me he was done, I expected to see additional charges for the 3 extra hours for a 3 man crew, and was ready to pay. Koby handed me the invoice with the original quote.
