Nast Roofing did my flat roof in 2011 and I was so pleased with their work that I hired them to do my main roof. My new roof was completed last week and it looks amazing! The workers were competent, professional and hard-working. They show up when scheduled, and the work site (my home) was spotless every night when they left. Their prices are competitive, fair and reasonable considering the arduous nature of the work they do. I know I sure wouldnt want to be on my roof in 100 degree heat working with boiling tar! Nast also has a wonderful, caring, efficient and friendly office staff. They guide you through every step of the procedure and keep you up to date at all times. You will not go wrong if you choose Nast Roofing for any of your roofing needs. They are a solid, reliable, and honest company, and they stand by any work that they do.

After reading the post below, I felt those that read these things should at least see a post from someone that has completely the OPPOSITE viewpoint regarding Nast Roofing. I have used Nast Roofing for a number of years now and on both my own roofs as well as investment properties that I have bought, kept or sold. I have found Tim an extremely honest individual and his roofs have passed inspections and held up over time without leaks or problems of any sort. Obviously the person below had a bad experience and most likely there "is" another side to the story. In any event, I have also referred Nast Roofing to many people who have been pleased with his work as well and referred him to others etc. I would not hesitate to use them again on future roofs or refer them to others. Roof estimate was done with photos that I requested, they also informed me of an improperly installed flat deck on my house that I would never of known about, previous owner used incorrect material that their estimator identified. If this was left on the roof it would have leaked within months and caused extra damage. None of the other companies that came out caught that detail! It was a very small piece that had yellow lines in it that tipped off their employee but it was good to know that they are very experienced in what they do. Cant say the same for some of the other roofing "companies" that I called. I was also able to look at all the different roofing options they install at the showroom in their office, which was nice.

Our home had a roof leak over the bathroom and we didnt know whether it would be a whole new roof or a repair, as our tile roof is at least 20 years old. Their repairman came out and took pictures of a vent "stack flashing" that had lifted and cracked the sealant around it. he said the roof was in good shape, just needed some minor repairs around the vents and "flashing" He also recommended some other maintenance items and gave us a quote on those as well. they offer a roof inspection for insurance policies as well. They called when their repairman was coming out too so my wife knew to expect someone. that was a thought-full touch! All in all they fixed exactly what was needed and taught us a bit about our roof. cool!

A good company to AVOID at all costs! Not worth the headaches! My tiles sat on my roof for over three weeks. Then after my roof was finished, I found a rotten and missing (rotted away) area in my attic. I guess they never thought Id go up there and look. There was also an exhaust went that was never connected to the vent they installed during the roof install- leading to the possibility of CO2 buildup in the attic- a truly dangerous situation. In addition, they left fascia boards out, used scrap pieces of flashing that formed multiple joints very close together, and dripped tar everywhere. Their own repairman came out and said he thought it was a sloppy job! For your own good- STAY AWAY!

Everything was professional in my experience with nast roofing. I received a very precise estimate, had no surprises once i signed up for my re roof and they were very thorough in cleaning up my property before they left. Like the other review said, Tim, the owner, was at my house during the job to check on its progress. Their office also is clean and has tons of roofing products to look at. Helped me decide which color tile I wanted, I was also shown a house that had my color tile on it so I could see it on an entire roof rather then just a few tiles. I suggest you do the same if you are unsure about a tile color.

Professional but personal service since the beginning of this long process for my new roof. I required a total new roof with many repairs to the wood. These guys were on top of everything even when other contractors drug their feet. I would recommend Debbie and Tim to any of my acquaintances who need a roof in the future. The office staff at Nast was very nice to work with, every time I called Debbie or Michelle they were there to answer my questions. They make the process of getting a new roof easy and painless. Their field techs showed up the a army on worker ants and fixed all the bad wood and installed my main roof and flat roof in a week including all inspections with a 25 year warrenty on shingle roof snd 5 yr on flat roof. Beautyful job and left no mess each day they were here. The price they charge was affordable as well. Getting a roof is usually a one time experance for a home owner and Im glad I went with them.

Great tile job, they have a big clean office with different tiles and shingles to see and Tim, the owner, was very helpful explaining the different steps of the roof job. They spent alot of time cleaning up after the job and did a bunch of passes with rolling magnets to make sure I wouldnt find a surprise nail later on. Someone called about a week after the tile was put on to ask how everything was. Nice to see a bit of follow up from a company!

Nast Roofing handled the roof replacement at my rental property in Hollywood perfectly. I live out of state and was very concerned with not being able to physically see the work being done.
