I had a couple roof leaks, and I called a number of roofing contractors in South Florida to have a look and give me an estimate. Everyone came in within spitting distance of each other on the estimate, but I ultimately went with Chase for one main reason: PROFESSIONALISM. Chase was the only company that promptly returned my call (with some of the other contractors, I had to call again and again, with unfulfilled promises of "well get back to you this afternoon" day after day). The service manager, David, showed up exactly on time on the date we scheduled for him to have a look (again, this was not my experience with most of the other companies), and he very competently walked me through the estimate. The two Chase roofers who actually came to do the repairs (again, showing up on time both days) were really excellent, and went above and beyond in taking care of a couple issues for me. They showed me everything they were doing, answering any questions I had. Its tough to find contractors in South Florida who arent just fly-by-night outfits that will take your money, perform some shoddy repair, and then disappear. Im sure theyre out there, but Ive personally had trouble finding them. Chase Roofing, on the other hand, was such a surprising pleasure to deal with. Theyre serious, professional, and customer-service oriented, and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Was a complete waste of my time. My inspectors name was Saul. Scheduled the roofer to come out and inspect how much damage was in the attic based on some damage I found. Few issues: 1. Roofer calls me 45 minutes before scheduled time saying he was there. Which is fine except for the fact I scheduled specific times to avoid missing work as much as possible. 2. He inspected the house from the outside and on the inside only looked at the ceiling but DID NOT even go into the attic to look at the damage I got him there for in the first place. 3. Sent me a proposal that it would cost $1,850 to "repair all damage"........ After this I obviously scheduled two other roofers to come out and look and both quoted that since it was just minor fascia repairs it would cost $650. This company is a joke and I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away folks many other companies that you can support for a better cause.

Be wary of the other "reviews" on this board. Some are clearly fake - most likely friends & family. One "reviewer" actually identifies herself as an employee ("great place to work for")!! Our “new” roof – installed just 2 years ago by Chase Roofing – is already leaking. So we called them about the fact that its leaking after 2 years. David Spikings from Chase said that Chase would not stand behind their product or workmanship. To add insult to injury, Spikings gave us a quote for the repair work at $1,425 – and had the audacity to say he was “taking care of us” on the price. We’ve already received a quote from a Chase competitor to do the same repairs for $600. So, in addition to failing to stand behind their work, they then shamelessly attempt to overcharge us to repair their roof which is leaking after only 2 years!

We just have to say, thank you "chase Roofing"! It was a pleasure having our new re-roof handled by such professionals, When we discussed our process with Johna, she took her time with us and walked us through all of the stages we were going to go through. Then we met with nick to cover the stages of the new roof & he explained exactly what he and his crew were going to do, & trust me he was up on that roof too! They are hard workers and extremely efficient. They were very respectful & kept their work area clean. Then we met with kaily, she was there to answer any questions we had, and during the process she kept us filled in and prepared all our paperwork we needed. We just cant say enough about "Chase Roofing", except if you need a new roof , you better call on them.

As a result of poor communication with Chase we had to hire a painter to complete a portion of the job they started. Despite providing them paint and speaking with both the sales and installation supervisors on multiple occasions their poor communication and lack of attention to detail cost us an additional $800. They have refused to reimburse us for this expense or even acknowledge our request for reimbursement. Additionally, I had to personally clean nails, metal flashing, and empty water bottles out of my gutters after assurances they’d clean the gutters following the reroof. We had no issues with the workers actually performing the job and it was our pleasure to buy them a lunch during the process.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Mike and Chase Roofing. We chose Chase Roofing following the estimate by Mike regarding a leak in the "valley" area of over our garage. After the initial estimate, another area was found over a bedroom. Mike and Chase Roofing worked with us so that we were able to get both jobs done. Mike was able to get the first (worse) area done; but had to reschedule to repair the second area because of a thunder storm. He explained the repairs that were made and answered all of our questions. He removed all of the debris and left the work area clear of obstacles. We would refer Chase Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs. Thanks

Amazing work. These guys are so professional and they know what theyre doing! They did the new skylights in our house, as well as coated and fixed the roof at my business. Chase Roofing is the company to call. On top of it all - they gave me back some money after they were able to get my warranty for cheaper - what other companies do you know would do that!? Amazing honest people. Thanks for the great work! I would highly recommend them and would use them again. If you need someone to fix a leak or a completely new roof call Chase Roofing!

Chase Roofing ripped us off. After paying them the agreed amount we got horrible workmanship and horrible customer support. We hired Chase Roofing to re-roof our property and the result is a leaking roof after every rain that causes irreversible damage to the house. They turned a habitable house into inhabitable, forcing us to evacuate. By claiming to be operating under the contract, Chase Roofing rejects all responsibility to address this disaster. After we gave them our trust and savings, we have been cheated and abandoned.

In the proposal phase of our reroofing, Chase showed a strong interest in helping with our insurance discounts and carried that to the end of the job by seeing that we had all the necessary paperwork. The job started on the day they had promised and continued straight through every workday except for fairly significant rain delays which they handled nicely. We were satisfied with the communications, maintenance of the work site, and the quality of work. We are happy to rate Chase Roofing with five stars.

Great service. Very honest. I called them for a leak we had in a vent on our roof. They showed up on time, was very attentive and professional. Saul was extremely knowledgeable about roofing. He knows what hes doing and hes very honest which is refreshing. They even went in my attic to be thorough and see where the leak was and pointed out some other things to look out for with regards to our air conditioner, which was completely unrelated. I would highly recommend Chase Roofing to everyone.
