We have been dealing with the west coast office out of Tampa. I left a more detailed review on there website, which still left out a lot of problems that has not been resolved. We are very disappointed in the work that has been done by this company, my husband checked out several other companies and this one seemed to be a big reputable outfit in business for many years with no major complaints. Well it makes us wonder how can this be, are we the only ones that have been totally disappointed, disrespected and lied to.. Between the salesman/manager and the job Forman manager neither will return phone calls, text or emails and there have been many! They both lied about the application of the new underlayment of materials! There employees that did the tear off ruined our lanai ceiling with a nice size whole from someones foot and numerous nailhead pops, in short the entire ceiling needs repair. Where I could take photos you can see where they did some replacement of some plywood, when nailing in to the rafters they missed the rafters and not just a couple almost all (I have many photos) . They left a mess in my driveway, my front yard still has there left over pallets and empty tar bucket and scrap that has been there going on 10 days!! Its so frustrating because no one has the time or common curtesy to even look at what a bad job that was done. So overall, no return calls/txt,email etc.from upper management. Workers unskilled and unable to converse with us. Workers didnt have proper or correct tools/supplies. No cleanup effort has ever been attempted ( My drive way had an ugly dump truck leaking oil and other unknown substances for over 10 days) and now the unsightly mess in my front yard that is killing my lawn!! Im feeling very discouraged, this was an expensive disappointment!!!!!!

I am the vise president of a condo association in SWFL and this year we decided to do extensive repairs to our building i.e. Roof, concrete repairs, new roof everything was scheduled months before and coordinated so that the work was completed before the snow birds return. Every trade kept there schedule except for Latite roofing. So far it has been 6 weeks and they are still not finished stripping the roof and making it water tight. There workers would strip the roof and leave it exposed to the elements. Every upstairs condo has had water leaks!! Unacceptable. The parking lot is a mess leaving nails garbage and material everywhere. Several owners have had flats and our lawn maintenance crew refuse to return because of all the nails. The workers come and go as they please with no one showing up for days. No supervisor on site a Total DISASTER. Be advised DO NOT contract these roofers. Furthermore we are in a complexe of 14 buildings that all the roofs need replacing. They couldnt care less that they lost all these jobs. Unbelievable!!!

My neighbor and I called latite to get a quote to re-roof our houses. Latite forgets to call us back and schedule an appointment with us, so I had to call them a week later to remind them that I wanted to get a quote for a new roof and then when they finally show up, at the scheduled time of 8:30am, their salesman drops off the quote without even letting me know he is at my house, no phone call nothing. Terrible customer service....

There are so many Roofing companies out there to choose from just dont choose this company. I interviewed about 6 companies and here comes Carl from Latite acting like a big shot was very abrupt and rude. Would never hire this company based on how he represented the company.

July 2017. They are not the cheapest but we feel that they are the best. They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would and did a total clean up.
