The One

I was in the market for a new roof. After hearing how great groover was from a family member who had their roof done I was set on using groover. They were the first one I called to get an estimate. The man who came out to measure everything was on time and professional. He informed me that he was just there to measure and I will be provided the estimate at a later time. In the mean time I contacted a few other companies to get quotes just so Im sure on my prices (thank goodness). A few days later I was contacted to set up a time to review my estimate with Jimmy. He came to review the estimate and again was on time and professional. I was ready to hire them right then and there, until I seen the quote. Their price was twice as much as the other 3 companies I had come out. I explained this to jimmy and he aknowledged there might have been a mistake and that he would get back to me when he could discuss it with the owner. Ive never heard back and even called and left a message for him. Its been two weeks. Im really disappointed because I wanted to use them. I suppose they were to busy to return my call and earn my business.

10 out of 10 stars!! The crew at Groover are truly professionals!! I had a roof put on my home just over 2 years ago by another local"reputable" company, and it has been nothing but a headache since! They were back 3 times to try and repair their mistakes to no avail. My representative from Groover, Joe Barnes, came out and prior to writing my estimate gave my roof a thorough inspection and took photos of all the imperfections. The last company did in fact use a quality shingle, but they neglected to use other quality products and Joe made me aware of this. Also he showed me many pictures of nails that were not covered and shingles that were crooked. We are regretting not having Groover do the roof from the start because their estimate was higher than some others. Learn from our mistake and hire this professional company from the start!! Great job Groover, thank you Joe for all your help through this!!

Having never bought a roof or gutters or siding , we were pretty much lost as to how things were done. Luckily we found Groover Roofing. Dave Shafer walked us through each needed step for the whole project. explaining what needed to be done and also why it was needed. The employees at Groover are all very professional and will stop and take the time to answer any questions during installation . they made what seemed like an impossible task into a Sunday stroll through the garden . I would and will use them in the future. our house looks completely transformed by the work they did for us. You will not find a better group of people to handle your home roofing, gutters and siding needs. also they do windows which is on our list of future home improvements. without a Doubt we will be calling Groover Roofing & Siding

I called them last Saturday to schedule for someone to come out and give me an estimate on my siding and windows. I let them know I wanted to have everything done in March or April. He said thats fine ill have someone call you Monday. They called me back Monday and informed me that because i wanted the services done in the spring they wont come out until then because the pricing might change. ???? How am i supposed to know how much money I need to put aside for this project if youre coming the week of? Isnt it called an "estimate" because its an estimated price? Oh well I guess, on to the next.

We had our roof, siding and gutters all done recently. Joe our salesman took The time to go over several different color combinations until we found just The right one. The roofing crew swept in like an army and completed the job professionally in 1 day. Didnt really get to meet any of those guys however the small crew of men who came to do the siding, we met and loved. Sam, Jay (Jersey), Josh and Bob were absolutely awesome! This group of guys in a very short time became family. We could not be happier with the entire project and would highly recommend Groovers to anyone and everyone.

They can give estimates on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, soffit and fascia, and chimney rebuild work! Not to mention, their team is friendly, hard-working, and timely. I cant say enough good about Groover Roofing. They were here when the insurance company came to provide an estimate and worked with the insurance company to insure they paid all required damage. They did exceptional work. We had our roofs replaced on house, attached garage, and unattached garage. We were away when a crew of 15 workers came and completed all roofs in one day. NO MESS!! What a beautiful job. Our house has never looked so great. They also repaired our damaged chimney and that looks great too. I would highly recommend Groover Roofer. Homer & Gerrie Huprich

Just had my house sided in dark brown with aluminum copper tone accents and copper tone gutters. (when they mentioned they could do the "bling", I was sold)! I certainly picked the BEST company to do the job! From the owner, Brian, to Robert, Production Assistant and my Crew Chief, Eric and his team they did everything to make me happy. Their expertise was top notch and Im very pleased with the results. I would definitely use this company again for any future projects. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! All employees including the company owner took interest in our project and helped us choose the best color combination, as well as material choices to fit our specific budget and future plans. We are also currently looking to purchase a new home and our salesman Joe Barnes took the time to prepare a roof estimate even though the probability of closing the job/sale was not super high. I will be working with them again in the future!

Joe from groover came out and let me know about some missing shingles and we got set up to get the shingles replaced and he took care of everything. I ended up needing a whole roof as my roof was too thin of wood. They even came out on a sunday to remove and replace. Did the whole roof in 5 1/2 hours including clean up and was out of there by 1:30! Recommend to anyone looking for great service!
