I left a review 4 months ago ripping apart Willis estimator Jimmy for lack of communication. Since, we finally sat down to put together the plans for the work that my wife and I wanted done. He has been very easy to work with. Revised The reason for the 3 stars is for the inability and lack of craftsmanship that the installer that was chosen to work in my house has demonstrated. I called Jimmy twice with our concerns and he immediately responded both times by visiting the house within a day to address our problems. His words are "I need to make you happy"and he has done everything thus far in his control to help achieve that (short of installing the wall himself!) Revised 5/19/16 Horrible experience! Fired them 2 weeks ago. Take note of my original review showed I left a review four months prior and I had to fire them now. I did 6 months hard time with Mike Willis Construction. Incomplete!! Long time dealing with the Jimmy and Co.. Please beware it is a dreadful experience... Contact me directly via Google plus I will share photos video and horror stories! Nobody should have to go through an experience like this for a few upgrades to their home. Save your money or better find a competent company!

I have now been a loyal customer for over 10 years. They have done multiple remodeling jobs for me including my roof, painting, and interior construction . They have also done an extensive interior build out for one of my suites in my building and we are about to redo my existing suite. Mike and Jimmy are the most professional people to work with. They will get the job done correctly and will do everything they can to meet the customers expectations. I have been in Melbourne for over 20 years and wouldnt have anyone else do my contracting work.....Thank you Mike Willis Roofing and Construction for your utmost professionalism!!!!

Nul Modeem

Ive used them in the past with great results for minor repairs but this last time when my roof started leaking it didnt work our so well. I called they agreed to foot me in with an appointment. They didnt show for the appointment and didnt call to advise what happened. I left a polite voicemail asking for then to call so we could reschedule and they havent called back (that was a week ago). I prefer to support smaller business and Id had great service in the past I dont know what had happened to the business. Im now done with them.

I recently discovered a minor leak in my roof. Little Mike came out and repaired the area within the same week. He also evaluated the my roof, which was replaced in 2004, with no pressure recommendations. Just a couple repairs and my roof is golden for the next couple of years. Their staff is courteous and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mike Willis Roofing and Construction for all your roofing and home improvement needs! Just as we sold our house last year hurricane Matthew hit us and we suddenly needed a new roof. The insurance company came through with the insurance money but we couldnt find a Roofer. At least not before our closing date. Well Willis Roofing and his crew went out of their way to get it done in time. I would love to use Willis for all of my future contstion projects large or small. He does it all!

Roof looks great but they could have picked up a little better, found a couple of nails here and there and a lot of shingle castoff in the yard; when they finished the job they left some roofing paraphernalia up on the roof so I had to call and have someone come out and take it off the roof so my only gripe was they need to pick up better.

Roofing repairs, exterior painting, and most recently they built a new master closet for my wife and a butlers pantry out of what used to be a dining room. I was extremely please with the work Willis Roofing did on replacing my 21 year old roof. They had the work finished in just two days. They were cleaned up and gone before I even had a chance to ask for some extra shingles. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
