I would not pick a star for this place! Horrible customer service, had an appt at 3, got there 15 min early, my appointment time comes up I waited 5 min, asked the receptionist how much longer itll take she tells me I dont know an her n points at the another lady by the pedicure area, then she yells from where she was sitting asking the same lady how much longer , she says 10 min, I was OK, sat back down, 15 min later the girl is done, then went ahead and took another customer then she started cutting that customers hair I again went to the receptionist and ask isnt she supposed to take me? Receptionist was like I dont know ask her! Im like what the hell!? I just walked out of there, NEVER WILL I EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
