Overall experience was absolutely subpar. Stopped in the office to receive a quote, Chris (The Manager,) was the gentleman that assisted me. After showing him the excessive paint damage/vandalism on my particular vehicle that needed attention, he stated "This is going to be very expensive." I was absolutely floored at that point! Why would you say something like that? If you dont want my business, simply advised me of the fact and be honest! He continued to head back to the office stating he would furnish a quote. The quote that was given was over 2,000.00 dollars! He advised me it was my ONLY option. No explanation of detail, not a "hey thank you for stopping in and/or considering us for your project," NOTHING! I am absolutely blown away by the experience I personally received. Its extremely clear that this particular Maaco could use some personnel training skills in a communication perspective. I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to discuss the overall experience with their corporate office. I will be sure to follow up!

I chose this Maaco after gathering three other estimates. Chris, the manager there of 17 years, was so professional, honest and caring that I knew to entrust my car to that shop. The price and guarantee was perfect. He delivered on the date the car would be ready and was honest with the results. The paint job was better than expected! I pointed out the visible areas where the bumpers paint had come off on both sides and was painted over it. He was honest enough to share that my bumper is plastic and was a difficult repair... however, I do have a four year warranty on it and can bring it back in to have it corrected. I will Definitely refer this shop and take my vehicles there to be painted in the future.

My 1993 Honda, 24 years old, looks like new again, thanks to the folks at Melbourne Maaco. They. fixed. everything. In the past, I had heard disparaging things about Maaco. Well, they certainly weren’t talking about the one in Melbourne. It all started at the customer service desk with the manager, Chris; he explained everything involved, what it would cost and how long it would take. And that is exactly what happened. My total cost was not a penny more than quoted (actually a little less.) On time, slightly under budget and next to perfect results. As professional as they come, honest and on time, really, what else can you ask for? If you need paint or body work, go see Chris. You won’t be disappointed.

I went to Maaco in West Melbourne because their estimate was much lower than any others. They did an excellent job of making my daughters older car look new again! I was really impressed by Chris at the front desk; he was quite professional and genuinely a nice guy. Chris took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and there was no unwanted sales pressure. The final price was exactly as he quoted and the car was ready right on time, looking fantastic! I dont usually write reviews, even though I do rely on them often, so its my turn to point out a superior business. Its been refreshing to deal with an honest and reliable place like the Maaco in West Melbourne, and I highly recommend them.

I own an 03 extended cab Ford F-150. The two back doors would not open. I called Ford to get an estimate. They quoted $500 for each door, 2 hrs labor and they would replace cables and locking system. Maaco gave an estimate of $300 for both doors, worse case scenario. When I went in to pick up the vehicle at Maaco, the Manager Chris said, "I cant even charge you for what we did, it was so simple." What??? I guarantee Ford would have stuck with their estimate. Chris, thank you from the bottom of my heart for having integrity! You have restored my faith in humanity. To anyone reading this looking for a good body shop you can trust...you just found it.

Great job!! ... I had a 2005 Eddie Bauer Ford Expedition that looked like it was 15 yrs old, with a broken tail light and cracked fender and other minor dents... They made my car look like new!!! It was awesome! ... a new Ford Expedition wouldve cost me $65,000.00 (the cost of a palm bay foreclosure home) ... so I was amazed what they did in under a week... dents fixed.. fender replaced.. tail light changed out and a beautiful paint job! ... Now it looks like I have a new car! ... Great Job! Their manager and staff were so efficient and helpful! Id definitely recommend them to everyone!

wow I brought my very ugly 1997 dodge B2500 conversion van to Maaco when I left the van with Chris the manager or that store I almost felt sorry for him. The last time I left this truck for service I almost got arrested for littering. I went in to pick it up last week and OMG I couldnt believe I was Looking At My Truck what a great job.I have been in the automotive industry for more years then I care to admit to the job was done better then I expected Chris made a great experience it was truly a 5 star Job.

Maaco Auto Body is Amazing! These guys are awesome. I came to this shop based off their great reviews and the show Undercover Boss and they honestly exceeded my expectations. When I got my car back it looked like new again. I even had those annoying minor bumps and scratches removed. She honestly looks like new. I walked out doing the happy dance!!!! Got into a little finder bender an every body shop around wanted an arm an a leg to fix a little dent. I had Maaco do some work on my other cars on the west coast an they did a great job. I dont know why I even was checking the other shops. This shop is really busy an theirs a reason for that. The estimator was very nice an friendly an didnt try to play any insurance games.

Took my son 2007 white Honda Accord had scratches and dents didnt even look white anymore but is a good low mileage car still runs great spoke to manager Chris told him what we wanted done to the car a week later WOW brand new paint job car look like it came out the Honda assembly-line great job Ill be taking my 2006 red dodge dekota real soon thank you CHRIS.

They are the best ! I walked in with a dent in my rear bumper and chris pulled it out in 5 mins for no cost . Really genuine at what they do and are not out here only to make money . Visited several body shops and got quotes of over 400$ . I know exactly where I am going for any body repairs ! Thank you Chris .

Brought in my older Toyota that needed repairs to the rear quarter panel and new paint, was hit by a large truck. did a fantastic job and now my 30 year old car looks like it just came off the line. good painters and metal workers here. excellent value for money. 9/10 would get hit and fixed again.
