Aside from getting in a car accident my experience was satisfying thanks to Andy. As some of you may know insurance companies are bullies - to say the least. Andy resolved my issues with the insurance company. Every time I called to check on my car the receptionist was very helpful and courteous. I eneded up returning my rental car to early and Andy offered to put me back in a rental, I declined because it was only for one additional day. Andy then stated my car would be detailed because of my inconvenience. When I went to get my car from the shop it was shinning and in mint condition. I would recommend Beaufort Collision to EVERYONE!! I am so grateful for their swift production of fixing my car and also their excellent customer service

Horrible!! Nothing is right!! They gave me back my car and its worst than it was before I brought it in. None of my back lights are working, door not lined up correctly,and bumper is not fully painted,also they never sent my car our for the alignment. Common sense yell you if a car was hit on the tire,you should get the alignment checked. I couldnt go spend time with my family,because of the lights being out and I gotta to work and hope I dont get stop by the police.

I had an EXCELLENT customer experience at Beaufort Collision Center. Andy Marshall took wonderful care of me - from estimate, to check-in, to repairs, to follow-up. They were most timely, however the real end result was a perfect job! They fixed my bumper as good as brand new, you could never tell that I had a problem. Their facility is first rate. They are off Boundary St. behind Vaden Chevrolet.

I have now worked with Beaufort Collision Center twice in the past two years. In both cases everything was to my complete satisfaction. Andy is a pleasure to work with, and their work is first rate. Their yard is fenced and locked during non-business hours, work was completed by the day promised, and costs were as per estimate. I highly recommend them!
